We're taking our DS to Disney for his 4th birthday and want to make it really wonderful for him. Any suggestions? We're already doing a CB on birthday morning.

Make sure you stop and pick up a "today is my birthday" button at guest relations in any park. People will be saying "Happy Birthday" all day long. :D
