So I'm spending my Birthday in Disney World - WOO HOO! :goodvibes

I think we'll spend the day at Magic Kingdom and make our way over to the beach at the Polynesian by 9 to watch wishes from across the water...

But where to eat dinner? I was thinking maybe at one of the nearby resorts? Or maybe at Magic Kingdom?

What would be your suggestion and why?

Thanks for any input!

:flower:

Since your going to the Poly why not eat at Ohana? Good food and you can see the fireworks from there as well.
Cali Grill is another good spot. Is at the CR and they have a special viewing area for Wishes.
I have also heard good things about 1900 Park Fare at GF.

I suggest Cinderella's castle. A great place to feel like a princess! Make sure you stop on Main St to pick up your birthday button!!

Oooh... where on Main Street can I get a birthday button? Never heard of it! How neat!

I'd go for Cinderella's Royal Table and schedule it for 45 minutes before the fireworks. Make sure that they know it's your birthday when making reservations!

I can't imagine you can see much of the fireworks from inside Cinderella's Royal Table! I'd feel like I was missing the show! The past three years I've seen the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. This year I want to see them from across the water.

I've heard the view is spectacular and totally different! :flower:

i had my birthday dinner this year at the castle they decorate your table give you a lil cake i had a 7:00 reservation got out in time for spectro then saw the fireworks from mainstreet. i stayed at the poly ohana's was great too whatever you chose of those 2 would be a good pick :teeth:

I am pretty sure at the post office (some where on the Dis Board there is a link for B-Day celebrations. . .) But I am sure a friendly CM will point you in the right direction. If you do a search for the bday link, it has great info where CMs are more than happy to make your bday extra Disney-special!!

:sunny: Hi

I had my birthday meal at California grill last year and it was great.

We arrived in time to watch wishes from the balcony then had a lovely meal sat over looking MK all lit up with the castle changing colour. Because we waited to eat after wishes we got a window table with ease and all the crowds had thinned out and we were able to catch the bus easily over to DTD for some more evening fun.

Make sure to get your birthday button from any of the parks at guest relations, you could even pick it up the day before.

We had lunch at 50's PT at MGM and I was given a card and a cupcake with a candle. I felt 10 again!

Whatever you decide have a great day :goodvibes
