how about hollywood brown derby? we did this last year w/friends--celebrating a birthday. you can request goofy to call and wish the celebrant happy birthday. great fun!! just be sure to ask for it when you make PS arrangements. and then i mentioned again upon checking in.

Le Cellier, Mitsokoshi Teppanyaki, both are wonderful restaurants.

We did Ohana for SO's birthday -- they brought out a large cupcake with a candle in it and sang to him. He was so embarrassed.

Don't forget to get a birthday button at the guest services of the park that you visit.

I had birthday dinner at CRT a few weeks ago.
I got a chocolate cupcake, candle and Mickey confetti.
It was great.

Don't forget the button - it made a special day even more special!!

We celebrated DH's 32nd birthday at Le Cellier last June. DH doesn't think it's a birthday meal unless it involves steak! After a wonderful meal, our waitress surprised him with a birthday cake with Happy Birthday Brian written on the plate in chocolate.

Make a PS ressie for 60 to 90 minutes before the MK fireworks. CG has awesome food and service, and the most amazing views of all of WDW. Can't promise that anything special will happen for the b-day, but the atmosphere alone is worth the trip.
