Birthday dinner in MK area

This is my first post here, but thought I’d come to other Disney fans for this.
Next year is a big birthday for me and wanted to have dinner somewhere in MK or the surrounding hotels, but my birthday is on Valentine’s Day. I worry that I’m going to be hurried through my meal, since so many people go out on that day.California Grill is on my list, but does anyone have suggestions for a good birthday dinner somewhere I can relax and be close to the fireworks at the end of the night?

I like Narcoossees. I have never had a bad meal there and the view is very pretty if you can get one near the water. It is at the Grand Floridian.

If it’s just you, you can always get the California Grill menu in the lounge. Narcooses would also be nice — you could get a bar/kitchen-side seat there as well. The Wave is also nice though I don’t know about seating as a single. If you wanted you could plan your own progressive dinner. Start with cocktails at Trader Sams, go to GF for Narcooses and then Cali Grill for dessert in the lounge. Good luck!

I've never been on Valentines Day but I have never felt rushed at California Grill. It would certainly be a great way to celebrate your birthday (I've done mine there a few times).

As others have suggested Narcoossee's is a great option too. Just because of the ambiance and decor I don't find it as "special" as California Grill but we LOVE the food.
