Birthday Dinner for DS11

We are going to WDW and while we are there my DS is celebrating his birthday. He wants to eat at Teppanyaki for dinner. How is it for birthdays there? Has anyone celebrated a birthday there before? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I can't help you, my DD11 always wants WCC for her birthday. Why don't you call and see if you can find out what they do or if you can order a cake?

I am not only looking for info re a birthday, but the restaurant in general. We have never eaten there before. We usually do a CS and the Le Cellier for dinner. Can anyone tell me what to expect?

We are big fans of teppan food, but surprisingly, we have never been to the teppan restaurant in Epcot. I did, however, have my rehearsal dinner at a teppan restaurant (about 30 people, it was great!), and I would highly recommend a teppan restaurant for a special celebration.

Hope someone can give you some specific info!
