Hi there,
Question about birthday celebrations. We'll be in DL July 1-8, and we always celebrate our DD's BD (she'll be 10) when we are on our July vacation, (wherever we go!) although her actual birthdate is July 31st. Tina mentioned "stickers"......Even though we won't be in DL on her "official" birthdate....can we still get her the BD experience at selected restaurants? A few years ago....on the DCL, we selected out last night to celebrate her BD....and they did a beautiful job with cake and singing at Animator's Palate.

Thanks for any info on the birthday question!!
Karen

They understand that most folks don't actually come on their Birthday, but come to celebrate it. (Especially with kids who's birthdays fall on a school day and can't come until the weekend). Just head to Guest Services in DCA or City Hall in DL, and tell the cast member that you are celebrating a very special birthday and they will write you up a sticker with the name and age of that special guest.

CM's will say, "Happy Birthday, Your name here" ;) All day long.

All my best
~Tina

Tina,
Thanks for that info.....my DD....will just be beaming when she finds out about this!! Of course, her DBrother, age 15, will think "she is such a dork".....but that's what brothers are for!

Again....thanks for all of your great info.....it's been a big help in making our plans!! Till next time, Karen
