Birthday Celebration - sort of . . .

My husband wanted to go on a trip for his birthday in October (he'll be 40). So, we're going to WDW in May (don't have to take the kids out of school). Anyway, it so happens that a friend of mine is taking her kids the same time we're going so we decided it would be fun to do something for my DH's birthday (without him knowing, of course).

So, I look to you all for help. What is something fun, without being too embarrassing, that we could do?
