Birthday Cakes

My friend and my DS (16) will both be having birthdays on Nov. 27 cruise. Both of their birthdays are on the same day, Nov. 30th and I thought it would be nice to surprise them with a cake at dinner. Can I order a birthday cake onboard or should I contact DCL now?

dtuleya : We also have two birthdays while cruising in January. We were asked by DCL if we wanted to celebrate while on board so they made all the arrangements for us. I would recommend you contact them now so they are prepared. That way you don't have to worry about them not being prepared and having enough ahead of time and besides its for a 16 year old and you might want something a little extra special then what they have for you at the last minute.
