Birthday cakes cafe Mickey

We want to get our youngest a birthday cake in cafe Mickey on her birthday. I've seen someone saying online it will only be bought to you by a disney character if you are eating before 3pm? We were planning on going for tea after dreams but we want the cake to come with a character...

Will be calling them later to ask but thought I would ask here first.

No that's rubbish. They will take it out whenever the characters are there. We eat at 6pm usually and have seen lots of birthday cakes. We go in November and have a cake booked for our 6.15pm reservation for my husbands 40th/sons 4th birthday.

Ours will be on the 14th November and looking at around 7:30pm so after dreams.

We had a 7 pm booking 3 weeks ago, and at least 3 birthday cakes were brought out by characters while we were there.

Every time we,ve had birthday cake at cafe mickey its been in the evening and its always been accompanied to our table by the characters who are in the restaurant at the time.

We had Ls 7th birthday cake bought out about 7 and it was accompanied by characters

There are no characters there between about 3 and 6.30 so thats probably what they meant. You should be ok though as characters will be back out again

Absolutely - I see posts regularly on TA where people say they want to book lunch at CM at 2.30 or so and to get a birthday cake afterwards so they are told that as the characters leave around 3, if they want a character to bring the cake they need to eat earlier.

That doesn't mean you can't get a cake in the evening.

Your little one will love it - it is such a buzz when everyone joins in and sings happy birthday.
