Birthday cake hat?

Hi everyone! I'm going to WDW in August, taking advantage of the free dining offer and celebrating my DDs birthday. She saw a hat shaped like a birthday cake last time we were there, but can't remember where, does anyone know where I can find this and how much they cost? Thanks
