We are celebrating my mom's 75th birthday in July at Le Cellier? Has anyone ever gotten a cake there and what was it like? Thank you for your help.

Linda,

Hello :). You might want to try posting your question on the cake thread too. I think I saw on there that someone had ordered a cake from Le Cellier for Valentines Day.If I can find it I'll post the link here too. Also there is a new cake hotline for WDW that you can call to order your cake :

5/29/07: DINE: New "Cake Hotline" for Guests requesting celebratory cakes at most Table Service dining locations. The Cake Hotline number is 407-827-2253 and requires 48 hours notice. Guests may request a 6-inch cake(non-personalized) upon arrival at the podium for $12.50+tax (no advance notice required).

We just got back from WDW and had lunch at Lecellier on 6/12 for dd b-day. I had noted on reservation that is was dd bday and the aked if we wanted a cake and I told them we would order dessert off the menu. Well we ordered dessert and they bought out and they bought out a special desert of chocalate moose in a chocalate shell on a plate with happpy birthday written on it. The server also bought the chocalate moose my dd ordered but said they do the chocolate mouse desert for free on bday. It was vey yummy. They also gave her a card signed by "all her friends from Canada. They really went all out and it really made her day special. I did take pictures, but can't seem to be able to post a picture in thread.

This is the mousse birthday dessert I got for my birthday at Le Cellier.

We had an 8 inch vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing last month and we didn't think it was that tasty. It was $25.
