Another vote for Keens. I have several pairs, including sandals, tie shoes, mary janes and I've been loving my boots this winter. I could walk for miles in them (and have at WDW!!).

I love my Tevas. They are my theme park shoe of choice. I don't wear the flip flop kind though, I like the sport sandles that have a strap across your toes, one on your ankle and one at the back of your foot. They're way more secure than flip flops but you don't have to worry about getting your feet wet.

I went through the whole shoe thing before my Disney trip almost 3 years ago. I got Crocs, various Tevas, Birks, and a couple others. I returned all but the Crocs, black, which I wear only in winter with black socks, (great for a long day in a museum!) and my Tevas Mushes, whick I have in a few colors and are my most favorite shoe EVER! And I was not a flip flop girl either.

I thank the DIS for all the shoe advice I got. :)

I'm not about looks, but comfort.

They are not the cutest things out there, but super comfy

I prefer my croc cleos. I have 2 kids that like Tevas, one that like Merrels sandals and a DH that needs Dunham just for the 6E width option.

Used to wear Tevas. Then got Keens (I refer to them as my "ugly bowling ball shoes"); Crocs are right up there, too - but the Keens are much sturdier.

Well, it's like this...

I love my Birkenstocks but they are not the kind that can get wet.

I have Teva Hurricane sandals but they make blisters on my little toe unless I slather my toe with Blister Block.

I have Teva Mush flip flops, but they aren't good for the parks.

I bought some other sandals last year for WDW, but again, they couldn't get wet. They were comfy but I was terrified I would ruin them. They are Merrill or Ecco or something.

I bought a pair of Merrill sport sandals on clearance at Nordstrom but I haven't worn those yet. They are still in the box.

Mostly I wear Crocs. :)

I love my NAOTs. I wore them for 6 days at WDW and it was like I had nothing on my feet. Verrrry comfy, pricey, but verrrrry comfy. :thumbsup2

ditto

They have great arch support & helped with my Plantar facsiitis.

I cannot tolerate flip-flops. (ugh! that thing between my toes!)

I voted other to say Keen also! I was surprised I hadn't seen it mentioned on page 1. I could never wear my Tevas all day but the Keens provide a lot of support. Unfortunately I really can't wear them all day due to my bunions but I'm going to try a different padding product I bought to see if that will work because they are great on my feet otherwise.

REI has these on clearance but I don't know if they would offer the same support as the ones that I have. I can't remember if I have Newports or Venice

I voted Teva's before I read the whole thing.

I have one pair of Teva sandals that I bought before our visit almost 5 years ago. I LOVE these sandals... They are the BOMB> my feet NEVER hurt at all the whole time we were there. I recommend them to EVERYONE I talk to about footwear.

That said, I also have birks too. MANY pairs that I wear frequently, but NOT to Disney.

I love my Teva Mush flip flops. Sierra Trading Post often has some good deals on various Teva products. I got 2 pair of mush flops for $7 each, and a pair of the Kenas, a criss-cross sandal with a Mush sole for $7.

I have two favorites. They are both extremely comfortable.

I've always liked Tevas myself for general use during Summer (Right now, I have a pair of Terra-Fis that I use) although I had some problems with hot spots the one day I tried to wear them to MK on my last trip.

My vote goes for Merrell and Keen. Just bought another pair of Merrell mary janes at the expo for the Marathon weekend - my second pair. I wore the new ones day after day right after I got them and I never had a problem. :)

I love my Tevas
I also have Crocs. but tevas are my favs
