Bird owners, some ??'s....Cockatiels?

for a few years....they are fun and can keep us humans entertained for hours.never heard of a green one....maybe check classified for a hand held hand fed hand tamed baby from a breeder......they tend to make better pets and are not as skittist as the store ones....the sandpaper perches are good to keep their toe nails trimmed and a cuttlebone to keep their beaks trimmed too....... A mirror is good for a lone bird......keeps them company........have fun picking your parents birdie out.......and YES CLIP THE WINGS.......

Keep it away from the door too. That's how my grandparent's bird died. Someone left the door open to get something out of the car (it was winter) and the bird dropped dead. [/B]

Oooh, that reminds me, also do not use Teflon pans or other products in the house. The fumes are poisonous.
