DD is taking GD to BBB for a princess makeover. she purchased the $95 package.. ( T-shirt and a TUTU )
The $200 package includes a dress of your choice…
We were going to bring a dress of our own but I'm wondering if we can cut back to the $60 package and forgo the T-Shirt and Tutu and just buy a dress off the rack there. Cant be more than $75 - $100 for a dress?

this would put us around $120 - $160 ???

So Can we Just Buy a dress or does the dress have to be part of the $200 package?

Also can I find what the different hairdo choices look like? GD doesn't like the pulled back hairdo...

Thanks for any info.

Steve

I have not been to BBB...but if you want to save money on the dress...Disneystore online has most costumes/dresses 40% off today! Just bought some for all of my girls and saved a ton!

We just took DD in April... We brought a dress and shoes (sneakers!) and she got the large package with tutu and shirt.

Def.! buy the dress early!!! We received a discount on the receipt for having a dress already.

I may have paid more for the package vs another package but getting the little shirt that you can only get at the boutique meant something to us... :)

Not sure what you mean about the discount?
We have the $95 package. Does not include the dress.
We were planning on buying a dress before going.

Do you have to make a BBB appt ahead of time? Do you pay for it upfront? Want to take my daughter next year, she'll be 9.

I'm not sure if you can buy them at BBB outside of the package deal but almost every gift shop sells them so you could still get one in the park.

You can bring your own clothes. You can buy a dress there at various places including the shop right across from the castle. Castle Couture aka Disney Princess explosion. You can change your package upon arrival.

Should note: the hairstyle that comes with the courtyard package might still be different from the hairstyle options available with the other packages.

It is vital to make a reservation. You can call 6 months (180) days or less ahead of your trip. You pay upon completion of the makeover. There is a fee if you don't come and don't cancel.
