Last summer the jackpots were between $8,000 and $11,000 every week. Is that still the case? We haven't heard much about Bingo recently......pirate:

We've cruised 5 times and they have always had bingo.....as to whether they have those kinds of jackpots will be dependent on if the last game of each session rolls over with no winner until they have to winner on the final game of the cruise.....Andy

Bingo Winner!

I was extremely lucky on our Sept. 20th cruise to be the jackpot winner. The total was $5700. won on the last day. It was the first time I won anything, so of course my husband didn't believe me!

Actually, we didn't rebook until we got home because Disney didn't have any available cabins when we wanted to sail. I didn't know you could book and then transfer your ressie to a TA who had the available cabins! And, of course Disney didn't tell me that.

It doesn't matter if you win or lose, but how you play the game.... what a crock of you-know-what. Honestly, I did have a lot of fun playing bingo but only won some raffle prizes one time - no $$$.

WTG Mickey squared!!!That's a nice amount.

xABearX: Tony rocks Nascar - my dh is a #24Gordon fan so needless to say, we argue a lot...:p :teeth: :teeth: :p

We were on the 11/29 magic and the bingo jackpot was aprox $6500.00 that was split between 2 people. My friend that I took to bingo won $757.00 that same day. I didn't get any bingo love.

hEY AS long as u had a good time who care if u win?!

On the November 8th Magic, the Jackpot on Thursday was approximately $7,300.00, which was won by a 14 year old girl (claimed by her father).

My daughter was on stage spreading Bingo Love, but I didn't get any:rolleyes: .

Who's running Bingo these days?

On the Magic during Thanksgiving it was Andy, She She and Josh. Sometimes Trevor.

Is someone really named SheShe?? And I thought I was the only one in the world... Aunt SheShe... named that way by my niece many years ago (SheShe for Shelley LOL)

So, what's the cost to play bingo on-board that would generate pots that big?

BibbidyBobbidyBoo : Yes there really is a CM named She She. Andy the Bingo caller was always joking: "She She is looking for a He He".

dheller97: $15 for six (6) cards on a sheet for the jackpot or $30 for 3 or 4 sheets of six (6) for lesser amounts but also includes the jackpot sheet. We spent a small fortune trying to win! Next time we'll only play the last two days and then only the $15 sheet for the jackpot.

When we sailed in the summer of '02, "SheShe" was named like "Narishi" or something like that. I think she is from South Africa. When we met her again this summer, she told me her fellow CMs renamed her. She is a really classy CM, she does a great job, she's friendly. She implied that she would be there next summer as well.

Shi Shi is short for a much longer name that some of her fellow the cruise staff had difficulty pronouncing. One of the cruise staff, I think John, nicknamed her Shi Shi. As told to me by Shi Shi herself!!!

Same reason for my nickname also... although Shelley is not a much longer name- she had difficulty pronouncing it at a young age and the name stuck- atleast by my sister's children. LOL
