Argh. This won't affect everyone doing Bing but for anyone cashing out to PayPal, last day. I just redeemed my monthly cash out and was greeted with this note:

Target and Walmart are still options for me, just not as versatile as cash, obviously. I noticed 1 new option, a $3 Dunkin Donuts GC for 3900.
I'm pretty sure of what my feedback is going to be
(This option wasn't available to everyone, those who can cash out for 5250 pts don't seem to have this option. If you were a 'newbie' and now cash out for 6500 pts for GC's, PayPal was an option. Accounts created after a magic date get the 'newbie' options. For me having PayPal was the only benefit as it takes me 1250 more pts worth of effort to get the same GC now

Maybe that'll be my suggestion for new rewards option. I'd take that... and then cash out to PayPal
