Bing.com (which used to be live.com) currently has 12% cashback on "Buy It Now" items on ebay. For those who don't know how to use this:

1. Go to bing.com
2. type in something found on ebay.I usually us "Wii" (You don't have to want a wii, you just need the right link to pop up)
3. Find the link for ebay; click on it
4. Ebay.com will open with an icon at the top that says your cashback amount.
5. Purchase a "Buy It Now" item. You will recieve 12% back after a certain amount of time (I think it's 30 days.)

HTH someone!

Just be careful and don't buy something paying more than you think it's worth just because of the cashback.

There are boards/forums/threads about problems getting cashback from Bing dating back to before Christmas 2008. I also personally had a problem with them and eBay cashback. When I made smaller purchases (less than $10 cashback), it always hit my account 30 days after the purchase was approved. I made a larger purchase of sporting event tickets, following all of the same procedures. I was due $47 cashback. 30 days came & went, and suddenly, my Paypal account that had functioned perfectly for every other transaction was having a technical problem receiving money (although it was working perfectly for my eBay transactions, just not for Bing cashback). It took 90 MORE days of emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, alogn with submitting all sorts of forms and backup documentation, and finally threats to bring in the BBB and Attorney General (as suggested on other boards) to finally have them miraculously straighten out my Paypal "technical difficulties" and give me my money. It seems from these other threads that MANY people had - and are still having - problems with larger cashback amounts through Bing.

Good luck - it is a good deal when it works.

I've used them quite a bit and never had a problem (purchased from a variey of sites). One of the purchases was from ebay last December 1st when they had a 30% cashback for that day (my cashback on one item was in the neighborhood of $200). The one time my cashback didn't show up was on a recent purchase (less than $10 back). I contacted them by email, and it was resolved by the next day. I always check them before purchasing anything.

I've got to give this a shot--it sounds like a pretty good deal for not that much effort involved.

Yes, I think alot of people were having problems getting their cashback deposited after live.com changed over to bing.com. When it was live you had to manually request your money be put into your paypal acct, and when they changed to bing it was done automatically. I read alot of complaints from people when that happened. I hope its fixed because I have been using their *up to double cash back* promo like crazy the last couple of days. I really need to stay off the computer for a few days :rolleyes1
