Biggest Tent Sites?

I found a post once before that listed the sites with the most room for tents but for the life of me (and every search word I could try) I can't find it now.

Anyone know the post or have info on the sites? I've got 2 10x17 tents and a 10x12 screen tent to set up.

The biggest sites for tent campers are in the 2000 loop, just make sure all of your equipment and tent sizes are listed on your ressi and FW will make sure they assign you an appropriate site.

I would say that you would probably need a site in Loop 2000.

While a couple of the sites in 1500 may be big enough, there might be a tree in a weird spot or the grill in the way.

2000 is much better set up for tent campers.

Yep, we had 2024 last year. Just wish I could find that one old post on here. It listed several specific sites that were much larger than normal, even for the 2000 loop. Think I'm going to call reservations (speed dial ) and add the info about my tents as suggested just to make sure.

I tried calling Fort Wilderness the other day and asking them about getting a bigger site but I no sooner got the words out of my mouth than she said "I'm transfering you to reservations, have a magical day" and hit the button. Kind of miffed me a bit that she didn't even give me time to explain.
