Okay ladies (and gentlemen):
Here we go with our first team vs. team challenge!
This week's challenge is going to be total minutes of exercise.
Each member of the team should report to their team captain the number of minutes of exercise they do for the week. The team captains will add their teams numbers together and then email me (ohmom is away on vacation) and I'll post the results as soon as I get reports from the other captains.
There are only one real rule that I can think of...
* as much as I'd like to count heavy housecleaning and gardening as exercise for this challenge please stick to things like walking, running, swimming, biking, exercise classes, doing videos, that sort of thing.
This should be a pretty straight forward sort of challenge. The challenge will run from Wednesday Sept. 27 through Tuesday Oct. 3. (When did it get to be October already?! Where has this year gone?!)
