biggest loser couples

OK, Justin has really been growing on me. I immediately knew he would volunteer to go home so Chelsea could stay. I see him as a very stand-up guy. (I forgive him for the Arthur thing now.)

It was very nice of the red team to give up their video chats to the blue team.

Did it seem like Brett was mad at Ken for NOT throwing the weigh-in so Kaylee could go home? That's the impression I got. DBF said he was made at the throwing of the weigh in in general, not at Rick.

Alison seemed mighty upset last night too. "It's not a prison." I agree. It is frustrating to watch on TV. I can't imagine how the trainers and crew feel about these people that are given a wonderful chance to do somethign special and they throw it away.

I'm rooting for Courtney. I don't like Hanna or Olivia, or Jenn. I do like Irene too.

Oh, speaking of Courtney. Do you think her and Austin have a little love connection going on? :lovestruc

I have noticed this for a few weeks as well. I think I saw them at one weigh-in holding hands, and last night the look on her face when he was on the scale....she looked terrified (unless she knew the green team's plan).

Also, funny, how Kaylee speaks of herself as "knowing herself" now and being able to stand up for herself, but yet, she relied on her dad who told her to stay. If she wanted to leave she should have done so.

I know that many say she needs to stay, because she needs help, but I happen to think that she'll be one of the first once off the ranch (after the show) to gain weight back and drop the healthy habits she has learned.

Do you mean Courtney?

And who is Rick?

I want Kaylee to go home because she is really starting to annoy me!

I wonder why they didn't show Irene's video chat? I know she's probably the quiet type, but you almost never hear her on the interviews or anything.

OK, Justin has really been growing on me.

Me too, especially how he is stepping up in his community and trying to help others correct their habits.

I try to keep in mind when watching the show that with editing they can determine what light people are painted in. The way the other contestants described him holds more weight in my eyes than how he appears on the show because of that. He was who I thought would win. Now I'm not sure. Roulon should be able to win if he dedicates himself because he has a lot more he can drop and he knows how to train hard but the preview for next week might indicate (editing again) that he isn't giving 100% in all aspects.

I was sad they didn't give Aurthur another chance, he deserved it I thought, I wish they would stop the stupid game play and try to lose weight!!!

They season is going to go on forever if they don't stop bringing people back lol. They are up to three more Jay and the new team lol

I think the reason that they didn't give Arthur another chance was that he is doing pretty well at home.. I think they also needed to look at who is deserving of coming back, but most likely won't reach the finale and have a chance to win.

I am surprised that they are bring in two more people. I am wondering though if it is going to be one of those, here is the challenge for everyone and if the 2 new people don't win they go home right away.

Kaylee should have really thrown the weigh in on her own & drank a ton of water. Like that one guy did quite a few seasons back. I am not a fan of throwing the weigh ins but if you are gonna play the game then play the game & put your big girl pants on.

I would agree, she shouldn't have put her other team memebers in the position that she did.

I'm still waiting for makeover week. It will probably happen the week we are at Disney.

I was happy when the drama was finished and Alison said "O.K. let's enjoy Ken's 7 pound weight loss for a moment" He should not have been made to feel bad:mad:

They don't know how well a contestant is doing at home. We are seeing them a long time after they are voted off.

I just finished watching on Hulu and I'm commenting without reading what others have said.

First ... a bit of snarkiness:

So, Marci takes a dive for Kaylee last week to keep her on the ranch and Kaylee repays her sacrifice by trying to quit the next week. Now, that's "Klassy" with a capital "K". Do you think that Moses asked Ken to NOT throw the weigh in? Do you think the remainder of Red Team will hold it against him?

Will people PLEASE stop taking a dive for Courtney?!? Please?!? She is a big inspiration and all but it seems that she is always on the losing team where she squeaks by when someone else takes the dive. And SHE has the audacity to make a comment about how the game playing has to stop ... only after it comes close to biting her in her shrinking butt. Up to then she was hunky dory with game play.

Now a little more positive:

Yay! The moobs are covered! I just wish thew would have the women wear t-shirts at the start and then uncover when the men cover ... even though it's nice to see their tummies flatten out week by week.

I had Justin pegged for final four. I guess I was wrong. I thought that Rulon would get there and take his friend with him. I also thought they were the consummate game players and I was shocked to see Justin throw himself on his sword. He certainly took the role of leader to heart ... I loved his Justin Call Out club :woohoo:!

It's nice to see Jay back! Both he and Art went home under game-play. I would have preferred to see Art back but I think he would have brought back too much drama which would have been held against them *and* he is pretty useless in challenges. I was surprised to see that Jay didn't hold back on his weight loss even though it would not be counted.

whooooaaa, what an episode!!

Allison seemed a bit upset "you're not a prisoner here!"

And bringing a brand new team next week? geez

I agree that Allison sure seemed to be annoyed! This group seems to just love messing with their weight loss (or gain, should I say?) and she is probably frustrated...just like the rest of us!

I wonder what it will be like for the new team! I hope they are accepted and find success, just like the others. :)

Justin has been growing on me, too! I wasn't sure I liked him in the beginning, but I think he's a good guy, afterall!

I am not a fan of Kaylee. I think she has a lot of growing up to do.

I would agree, she shouldn't have put her other team memebers in the position that she did.

I agree. I would never have expected my teammates to help me get out of the competition.

Which is why I love Alison and her whole "THIS IS NOT A PRISON! IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE, THEN LAEVE!"

Really, if she wanted to go, then why did she choose to stay? Oy vey!

I agree that there's some frustration this season, I just didn't expect that kind of outburst from Allison, the trainers, yes, but not her, just due to her role in the show.

I wonder if they're going to have episodes soon where more than one person leaves...seems like they're just adding people now

Ya know, since the beginning I never liked Justin or Rulon. That whole team just rubbed me the wrong way for some reason. And even though I'm glad that Justin went home, this week I softened up a little towards him. So maybe like someone else said, maybe it was all the editing that showed him to be an a$$, but this week it seemed like he just stepped up and did what was right.

My question is this though....Why is it that since the beginning of the show, all the men have to take off their shirts at the weigh ins. And now that it's almost towards the end, the weigh in with their shirts on? That's always puzzled me. And I never understood why the girls needed to wear spandex shorts while the boys wore lose shorts? And just a sports type bra for the girls, no shirts?
