After last night's premier episode of Top Chef Masters, they showed coming attractions for the upcoming season, and lo and behold...there was Allison and the Biggest Loser contestants in one episode! It was a very brief clip, but I definitely remember seeing Courtney, so it must've been filmed prior to this week's BL episode.

I guess it's not so surprising, seeing as NBC/Universal owns Bravo. I guess that could explain the Curtis Stone connection, as well.

Seems really bizarre that they "eliminated" a TRAINER...almost like it's a setup since Jillian will be gone next season, and they'll only need one male and one female trainer (Bob and Cara).

They have done it before. When you are out of players as a trainer you are gone for the rest of the season.

I can't believe Kara's(or is it Cara) attitude tonight when Ken tried to talk to her. She didn't even let him say what he needed to say before she got all defensive and worked up.

I really hope that she doesn't come back next season.

Me too! And I really hated the speech last night about getting pregnant...Moses had more weight to lose, the opera girl was fine. That seemed like serious game play to me.

I'm sorry, the WRONG person went home last night. Opera Girl knew that she could "get to" Moses with the pregnancy/family story and she went for it. Plus, she knew that he'd "owe" her for giving up her helicopter ride to his daughter. Ugh!

I wish this show was truly about weight loss/exercise like it used to be and not so much game play and promoting products!

Cara really made me angry last night. It was all about her and protecting her reputation, not about the contestants. To me it showed me that she's there just to promote her career. I really hope she does not replace Jillian; I don't think I would watch. Loved Ken calling her out!

Once again a parent makes the self sacrifice and goes home. I do think Moses was ready to go home, but so is opera girl. At this point I find myself rooting for Irene who just quietly goes about kicking butt every week.

If someone questioned whether I was capable of doing my job on national television I'd get pretty defensive too.

I like the new trainers. They have a different style which is good since one of the key aspects of improving your fitness is to work out in different ways.

Besides, she hasn't lost a contestant yet. Ultimately it is up to you, the person working out, to push yourself to your limit, not your trainer. Even people who train the pros push their athletes but it is the athlete themselves that has to decide how close to their threshold they get.

As you get older, it gets more difficult to lose the weight. Tired of the "parents" giving up their place on the ranch for the "kids". Opera girl, as you guys like to call her, played her cards just right at the right time.

I love Irene. She is quiet, and I think that is a good thing and she consistantly keeps losing.

I don't like Cara but I felt kind of bad for her in the moment when Ken basically said she doesn't know what she's doing and that bob/jill had more expertise than her in weight loss. Last week he lost 4lbs....and he wasn't able to even run or do much since he has injuries. Losing anything on a week like that I would say is pretty darn great. She did handle it incorrectly by getting upset and argumentative. No matter what; she should have listened to his concerns before getting worked up. I do like Brett and I hope it is him that replaces Jillian for next season. He's kind of nice to look at too I'm gonna miss Jill a lot

I've been irritated with both Moses and his daughter since the week that they both decided that they knew everything they needed to know to go home and be successful. Obviously they don't since they've floundered pretty much every week since then. I know this may sound mean but I don't see them keeping the weight off, sorry, it's just a feeling.

I'm rooting for Irene too, love that she's silently kicking butt and she looks great!

Never in a million years would I have jumped off that tower. I am so glad they didn't penalize the contestants that wouldn't do it (although all that were able to did jump).

So, what kind of heart condition would disqualify you from jumping off, but wouldn't disqualify you from climbing all those stairs....?

I think Ken was ridiculous for going off on Cara like that. Who is going to watch over him and challenge him when he goes home, at this point in the game he should be more self-sufficient and not be looking for someone else to help him get motivated.

As for Olivia- that was completely game play. I don't like her or her sister. Moses should not have gone home.

It was Jay who has the heart conditions. Moses and the olympic guy couldn't because of weight restriction.
