Jennifer ~ Great loss! You might be our biggest loser this week!

Good luck everyone!!! :cheer2:

Thanks - I'm really excited! I'm sitting here in an outfit I haven't worn in over 2 years! I needed something to get me through these sicknesses at our house. We've pushed our trip back a day and are now leaving tomorrow, hopefully with DH!!

Put me down for one pound lost! :cheer2: :cheer2:

I also did 30 mins of Taebo this morning.

:cheer2: WTG Blue Team!!!! :cheer2:

Thanks great, Jennifer!! I bet you look great in that outfit!! I was hoping your DH would feel well enough to go. I hope you have a great time.

WTG Jennifer!!! I bet you look mahhhvelous dahhhling!!!! :cool1:

:cool1: Whoo Hoo Jennifer!! :cool1:

Well, I tried something new today, but it didn't work. My DD has ballet on Wednesdays at the YMCA. My baby and I usually play in the hall, but my DH convinced me to put the baby in child watch and go use the treadmills. I was 15 minutes in when a lady walked through the Wellness Center with my name on a sign. My baby had been crying the whole time. Now I feal guilty although he seems fine. When he first saw me, he screamed even louder. I think he was telling me off! I guess I'll stick to my aerobics during nap time or walking with him.

Oh, I am sorry about the baby crying. It sounds like stranger anxiety is starting to kick in for your little one. Don't feel bad. He will outgrow it. :)

WTG, Jenn! It looks like you are our biggest loser this week! Woo hoo!

I, of course, *had* to get on the scale today (being stubborn) and I am down! woo hoo! I guess it just took a couple of days for the exercising to catch up! Whew! I didn't want to plateau already. I hope I get a little more off for next Tuesday's weigh in.

Are we doing any extra challenge this week? Or continuing with the exercise one?

Good mornin' losers!! I exercised for 45 minutes last night. I'm going to try for an hour tonight.

How old is your baby? I have pictures of me with DS sitting on my stomach while I did sit ups. He used to sit on my back also while I was doing push-ups. He was my weights. LOL Good luck with getting your exercise in. I know it can be difficult with a little one.

Good luck making wise food choices and exercising today, everyone!!! :cheer2:

20 mins of walking this morning. I'm not feeling overly wonderful, so glad it's out of the way LOL

Kelli ~ I hope you feel better. Good job getting the exercise in even when you feel bad. Take care!

Thanks, Sheila! Whatever it was went away quick! :cool1:

30 mins of walking this morning.

I have been a bit lax in posting
On Wednesday I walked for a half of an hour, Thursday I walked for 50 minutes on the treadmill....

HI guys, I have been just struggling to get back on! Well, I decided on Monday to go back to WW. I know it is the best program for me, and I need that support. So back I go, and hopefully I'll be a better blue team member! :paw:

congrats to everyone who is doing so well, you are inspirations!

I forgot to mention earlier that I did Pilates for 30 minutes last night. It will be my last time with that though. My back is KILLING me today. I won't be exercising tonight. I should've know that some of those Pilates moves wouldn't be good for my back.

I hope everyone is having a great day!!! :cool1:

Wow! What a day of busyness(Is that a word)! I did manage to get in a 30 minute walk while DH watched the baby during his lunch. Joey is 11 months and actually did okay for my friend while I volunteered in my older DS class yesterday!

I'm off for a scrapbooking weekend tomorrow. If I can make myself get up early, I am going to try and exercise before I go. I'm not sure that will happen though. I have a lot to do tonight to get ready. Everyone have a great weekend!

I forgot to post my exercise for Friday, 55 minutes on the treadmill.
And now for Saturday night...1 hour on the treadmill!!

Hey Team - where is everyone?? :confused3 Exercising and staying out of the kitchen? :goodvibes We just got back from WDW today and I wanted to check in - it looks like not much is going on :earseek: .

Great job to the exercisers out there...I'll total those up tomorrow (unless someone beats me to it...hint hint! pirate: )

Welcome back, Jenn! That was a quick trip! (notice the purposeful avoidance of your hint ;) ) I hope you had lots of fun and got it loads of walking!

I don't have any real formal exercise time to add this week. I have been focusing on other things around the house, so I have been moving but not doing something formal. I did sneak a peek at the scale and I am down though! Woo hoo!
