I actually set my alarm 15 minutes earlier last night, that is 4:45 am
, to get up and work out this morning. I did it!!! I also parked farther away in the parking lot for work this morning.

Excellent job everyone! We have 3 more team members to record (sap1227 won't be weighing in this week as she is on the Wonder right now!
).

I expect that just like on the show people will lose a lot the first and maybe second weeks and then it's going to taper off to 1 - 3 pounds/week. That is great news - it's nasty fat that's going away! So...you're still on the team don't even worry about it! Keep saying your no's to food and yesses to moving and it'll keep coming off and you'll be creating healthy habits at the same time! 
I am off to the grocery store and I am saying NO to the cookies!
