Biggest Loser 9 Spring challenge -- Part 2! HERE WE ARE! :)

Just back from the Cheesecake Factory! I'm so full! I had one margarita. We split the Buffalo Blasts(awesome!), Thai Lettuce wraps( yummy) and TeXMex eggrolls (also yummy) There were 4 of us! Then I had the Crispy Spicy Beef with white rice! Huge serving and I only ate half of it! Then I had the Kahlua Coffee Chocolate Cheesecake. They don't have my favorite anymore the Oreo Mudslide. Apparently too much trans fat so they are reworking it!

We then walked around the mall. I got the girls each a headband at Claire's to wear with their Easter dresses.

2 Clients in the morning, a 1 hour massage and a pregnancy massage. Also have to pick up the soccer equipment. DH will be taking the girls to a b;day party at Chuck E Cheese. DSIL will be over sometime tomorrow afternoon to celebrate DD1s first Communion.

Thinking about getting ready for bed as I can't stop yawning. I will eat well tomorrow. Gonna finish my dinner from tonight and not much else. DD1 will finish my cheesecake!

Good night all!

Back again lol:goodvibes
Thanks everyone for the encouragement.
Jennz if I see any filming I'll try to get pics or something better :D

I sadly have alot to go. But since Wensday, which is when I got back on track, I've lost 3lbs and I get a prize if I lose 2 more :goodvibes
My mom has mad this into a great losing weight challange. She got me a New Moon poster to look at for when I start getting off track I can look at it and get back on XD
She said for every so much weight I lose I get something for doing so well.
Also I get fun notes from my mom of different characeters sending me messages of encouragement.
So far Jack Sparrow, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black have all been used as encouragement. Its awesome XD

~Kailey~

I did not have a good weigh in this morning. I was up 1.8 lbs :confused3 Of course this did not put me in a stay on plan kind of mood. Anyhow, I had made orange cranberry muffins last night and used a can of diet orange soda rather than the milk, eggs and oil. They were Freaking Amazing. So moist. So while one was not horrible for me, I ate way more than one. The good news is that they are gone so I can't screw up tomorrow.

I'm down one pound for the week. I'm down exactly 30 and I'm so close to the original goal!

Thanks - great idea! I'll set that up. I just sent them out to park and finished a truth or dare ball. Off to set that scavenger hunt up!

Let me know how it works out! I'm glad you liked the idea. :)

A scavenger hunt is a great idea!! We used to do that with our church every year right before Thanksgiving. We had a list of things to find and then we would ask each house for a canned food item to give to the food pantry.

What a great idea to collect for the food locker! Now my mind is turning over a canned goods scavenger hunt for my Girl Scout troop!

I've actually been considering doing the Princess next year!!! :cool1:

That's awesome! I wish you and some of the others would consider the Disneyland Half, instead, though!

Yep, drooling. Someone get me a towel. Have a wonderful time at your daughter's First Communion tomorrow.

You'd think not having a good weigh in would make us dig in our heels, wouldn't you? I'm the same way, though. And, can I have the recipe for those orange cranberry muffins? They sound great! I'll keep them in the freezer and portion myself.

I'm down one pound for the week. I'm down exactly 30 and I'm so close to the original goal!

Congratulations!:banana: Isn't it just terrific to see all this hard work pay off?

This is a really tough recipe :rotfl:

One box mix: :rotfl:Pillsbury Quick Bread Cranberry

place dry mix in mixing bowl, add one can of diet orange soda and mix. Bake as directed on box.

Easy and Yummy. Can't beat that. My youngest wants me to make blueberry muffins using diet orange soda. He's 7 and thinks it will be tasty :rotfl2:

I was told at WW that you can do it with any box mix and they wind up being about 2 points each.

Welcome coach princessbride! Thanks for coaching this week. You name is so sweet- were you a princess bride in wdw 6/2/05? It's one of those names that has me curious.
.

Friday QOTD: How do you deal with treats? Do you have a splurge day, avoid them altogether, find healthy treats?
When I am op with the food, I will have one treat a day, usually chocolate, a ww ice cream treat, of a couple dove chocolate pieces, but lately haven't been on, so the bag of dove chocolate didn't last the week. I'm trying not to buy any treats in larger amounts, and go out and buy an individual size something when I want it. The other day my son and i split a pack of yodels. Don't know why, just wanted a snack with my coffee on the way to the park. But 1 and a half yodels is better than the box of 12.

I'm gleeful! Like bouncing up and down gleeful! After eight years, I'm finally below the weight I was on the day I found out I was pregnant with my oldest daughter! I've been bouncing around with the same 20-30 pounds for that long! Okay, minus the nine months pregnant with DD1 and nine months pregnant with DD2, but still! I'm so happy, happy, happy!

AND! I get to put a 30 pound sign on my siggy!

AND! I've lost enough as of today that my scale is now showing my weight loss in 0.2 increments instead of 0.5 increments!

Yep, giddy!
Whoo hoo!!!!!!:cool1: You should be gleeful!!! 30 pounds is awesome, and such a great feeling to be back to pre pregnant weight.

My weigh in this morning was FAN-freaking-Tastic. Down 3.7 pounds for the week. I've now lost a total of 35.3 pounds and I am in WONDERLAND! Oh, it feels so good!!!
Whoo hoo!!!!:cheer2::dance3::cheer2: ONE-derland is sooooooo wonderful!!! Congratulations, your hard work is showing!!!

Yes, definitely come on over and join us! It's going to be a [cough] incredible thread!

Just thought I'd mention that I'm sitting here in the California sunshine on a patio outside of a Starbucks in my jeans and short sleeves and am beginning to get a bit warm. It's just about time to pick up my DD from parent participation preschool (today was my non-participation day) and I think I'll go home and change into shorts. Okay, I guess I'd better...
on the run/walk thread, you are right, it is going to be incredible!!!, on the california sunshine, starbucks in a shortsleeve top, and going to put on shorts, I am sooooooo jealous! But it is going to get back in the balmy 30s today here. :rotfl:

Today was supposed to be the startt of my spring break. But with snow days they are making us go in on Mon and Tues and the following MOn. I don't feel like going in but we already have 5 people out of the department and they have no idea how many subs we will be getting. I also think another guy is not going to show up on Mon. He wasn't in today and someone had to make up lesson plans for him. Just a hunch.

We also got a directive today that supposedly came from higher ups.

"To all staff…..

Due to the anticipated large number of absences next week, please refrain from giving quizzes, tests or starting new material on 3/29, 3/30 & 4/5."

Any one have any ideas what we can do. :confused3:confused3

I didn't weigh in this morning since I was so achy from yoga last night. I forgot to take a couple of advil after class. I will do it tomorrow morning.

Congrats to all the losers this week.
That so bites you have to give up part of your vacation. You work hard all year, and so deserve it. I don't know if your calc students would like it, but yesterday michael's class had fun friday, and they all made masks of fairy tale characters and acted out the fairy tale stories. He had a blast.
As far as the WISH teams, my understanding is that they are for anyone interested in walking/running, trying to get healthier. All are welcome. You should come on over and join, the more the merrier.

Thanks my friend! I'll meet you on the Incredibles thread. ;)

Any chance of doing the Princess 1/2 next year? I'm thinking about it...Kathy and Lisa will be there (RIGHT??!!!)...who else?? Bring on the peer pressure.:rotfl:
Whoo hoo!! Go incredibles!! The princess half, I'm truly hoping and planning to be there!! Anything can happen, and it is a huge motivator for me not to give up. I honestly don't imagine myself running the whole thing, having only run a half mile straight at this point, but I can imagine myself running and walking it. I would loooove to meet some of my wish friends in person too. I think it will be a great reward for keeping up with this running journey.

I've actually been considering doing the Princess next year!!! :cool1:
Whoo hoo!!!! It would be amazing!!
Wow - lots of chatter about next year's Princess....I know I said I'd probably do it just that once, but I am notoriously susceptible to race-related peer pressure. They haven't opened 2011 yet, have they? Not that I'm anywhere near ready to commit to it, but it is tempting to think we could have a BL DISmeet at that event in 2011. :)
Corinna, being such a big inspiration to me, and so many others, I think you'll need to do the princess with us, as our mentor.

Back again lol:goodvibes
Thanks everyone for the encouragement.

Congratulations on losing 3 pounds!! I love your plan and your rewards. So, are you team jacob or team edward???? And I just saw there's a team jasper! I do need to see the movies. I loved the books, but only saw twilight, and didn't love it, so I didn't want to see new moon with the fear I wouldn't love it, after loving the books.

I'm down one pound for the week. I'm down exactly 30 and I'm so close to the original goal!
Whoo hoo!!!!!!:thumbsup230 pounds rocks!!

That's awesome! I wish you and some of the others would consider the Disneyland Half, instead, though!
I've always wanted to go to DL, and the half is usually labor day weekend, which is my vacation week. Maybe in 2011, after the princess!! I love making vacation plans!!

This is a really tough recipe :rotfl:

That sounds awesome. I've only done angel cake with a can of crushed pineapple.

We are heading to my brother's in western MA for the weekend. My son and niece are so excited to see the Diary of a Wimpy kid movie today. It's like the twilight series for the elementary gang. I'm going to do my run/walk now before we go, even though it is only 20 degrees out. I don't want to miss it. I still find myself amazed at how much I'm liking it, and want to do it. It may have more to do with an additional disney trip if I continue than anything else, but whatever it takes to keep moving.:rotfl:

Have a great weekend everyone!:)

Again... sorry if I sounded really judgemental. I was just concerned. :flower3:
...................P

You didn't say anything I haven't already said a thousand times, hon. It did give me the kick in the butt to get back on to the grandparents again. Yesterday was good for her, we'll keep it going!

I'm gleeful! Like bouncing up and down gleeful! After eight years, I'm finally below the weight I was on the day I found out I was pregnant with my oldest daughter!

:cool1::cool1: Way to go!

And a :yay::yay: for you!

Whoo hoo!! Go incredibles!! The princess half, I'm truly hoping and planning to be there!! Anything can happen, and it is a huge motivator for me not to give up. I would like to do the half, too, but I am definitely going to give it until at least 2012. I am running 2 1/2 miles now, but the half just seems....daunting. I'd like to get a couple of 5Ks, 8Ks, 10Ks under my belt first!

My weigh in wasn't great, but at least no gain. Still at last week's weight. I am pleased it wasn't up, after a week of no exercise, and little water.

I am pleased to report I JUST RAN!!! It felt soooo great. I  endorphins! Starting week 8 of C25K, cannot believe I only have 5 more workouts until I graduate! I was expecting a really low stamina after 6 days off, but I ran 29 minutes, 2 1/2 miles. Add in my warm up, cool down walks, did 3 miles in 36 minutes. That's actually about 3 miles faster than Sunday. My mouth did not hurt AT ALL during the run, but pounded for about 15 solid minutes once I stop. Guess I need to pull a Forrest Gump and just run forever!

I have a question for all of you runners out there. I am avg. a 12minute mile right now, which I don't feel too terribly about since I started running Feb. 8 for the first time in 14 years. I would like to get it down to a 10 min. mile at least. When I graduate the program, would it be okay to alternate between seeing how far I can get in 30 minutes of running, concentrating more on speed, and then the next run slow down and increase the distance? go from 3miles, to 3.5, to 4, etc??? Also, at what point are you considered "conditioned" enough to run daily? The c25K program says every other day...

I was soooo bad last night. Went to Texas Steakhouse, and ate wayyy too much. I haven't splurged on a meal like that in 3 months, and you know what? I don't care! It was delicious, exactly what I wanted, and I've had my fill for quite some time. After my run, my weight was only up .7 from yesterday. I have given myself permission to not feel bad about that 1 meal.

Yes, a big, FUN race like the princess is definitely a fantastic reward for keeping up with your running. And you don't know where you will be in one year's time. Running the whole thing is definitely a possibility, if you want it. Running and walking is good, too, though - lots of people finish strong that way!

Ah, you are pouring on the peer pressure, I see. Well, it's a definite maybe! I had a fantastic time this year, but it's a difficult time to get away. I am going to have to look at schedules etc. when they come out. After they announce the dates for 2011, that is.

It is soo great that your head did not hurt while you were running! Endorphins are amazing things. Hopefully it's not worse afterward or anything.

About plans after C25K and getting faster, here is what most runners seem to do:

Speedwork - sprints, intervals, tempo runs, fartlek - 1 day per week - these things increase risk of injury, so it is often suggested that you run for several months (I have seen the number 6 here, I'm thinking) before beginning any serious speedwork.

Long run - longer and slower than the others this is where you can add a mile or half mile each week - 1 day per week

Filler runs/cross training - most runners and training plans seem to advise running 3-5 days a week. The shorter days (for me anyhow) tend to be between 2 and 4 miles. This leaves 2-4 days for rest and cross training, both of which are essential for improving your performance and preventing injury or overtraining that would keep you from continuing. If you really feel a strong need to run every day, 6 months of training would be a minimum, but every running resource I have read insists on the importance of at least one rest day a week. You want to make sure you are not increasing your mileage too quickly as well - no more than 10% increase a week to avoid injury. Yes, so much of it is about avoiding injury - every runner has been injured at one time or another and it is a sport that does open you up to injury from all the repetitive motion. There is nothing worse than getting injured and ending up benched for weeks or months.

As for the speed, 12 minute mile is actually great - a lot of people would love to have that pace! You certainly have lots of potential to get faster, and I think a 10 minute mile is definitely within your grasp, but it will come with time and practice - just continuing to run even without speedwork and all will improve your time because your running will become more efficient. And of course every pound you lose increases your speed as well. I have also found that strength training seems to have increased my speed this year - all those lunges and squats in Bodypump class have made a BIG difference for me.

It's great to hear you so excited about running! :)

Happy Saturday morning all!

That said, I am not feeling particularly happy. I stayed the SAME yesterday on the scale and I am just absolutely BEYOND, BEYOND, BEYOND frustration. I tracked every single point last week. I exercised every day between Saturday and Thursday. I ate well within my FLex points for the week (about 25) and made sure that I used a few almost every day (I averaged about 24 points per day)... and I still didn't lose. It might be a TOM issue, but I just can't wrap my stupid mind around it.

I know that I just need to keep on the way I have been. I'm sure that I am building some muscle from my circuit training class, because I am constantly sore somewhere from it. I know I am getting in plenty of cardio because I am getting in anywhere from 30 minutes to 120 minutes each day.

I've been doing WW long enough to know that my eating is okay .... although I suppose I could still not be eating enough.

I didn't eat super healthy last week. Because of PMS and because I was trying to get in a few extra points every day, I ate junk at the end of most days. By Thursday I wasn't sure if I wanted salty or sweet, so I was going back and forth between the two all evening!

After my frustration on the scale yesterday morning I blew my points OUT OF THE WATER at the movies last night (popcorn, M&Ms, twizzlers) and feel absolutely ill about it (both physically and mentally) today.

I did get BACK on the scale this morning to see what last night's damage might be and I am still the same, so that is good.

I skipped being over here most of yesterday because of my frustration and because I was mad at myself for overreacting in a post to Flipflopmom. I apologized to her and she was sweet and accepting.

I haven't updated my STUPID WISH journal in a few days because it feels like such a farce. It is titled "30 days til goal" and now there is NO WAY on the planet I will be near my goal weight on Easter. I go back and forth between wanting to scream and wanting to cry about it. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. I've tried eating more, I've tried eating less. I am measuring and weighing my foods and tracking everything. I am getting plenty of exercise and plenty of water. I don't drink alcohol or lots of white carbs or lots of processed foods. I try to get my healthy oils/fats. In other words.... I am following the program!

I know at this point I just need to keep plugging along. I am NOT going to throw in the towel. If I end up maintaining at this weight for the next 5 years, it is STILL better than the 219 lb. I was at before. Two years ago I would have been THRILLED to be at 137 lb. And I am happy at this weight... but I am NOT where I want to be and it seems like I just can't get there.... like one of those dreams where you run and run and aren't going any where!!

Sorry to be ranting about this AGAIN (I think I just did this last weekend. :confused3 ) PLEASE don't feel it necessary to respond, reply, or quote. I know you are all there for me if I need it. I just needed to vocalize my mental dialogue.

I think, despite the cold, I need to get out there for a run. It might make me feel better. TTYL..........P

pjilla - I'm sorry your so frustrated and wish I had some words of wisdom. Sadly I don't, so another  for you.

P- go run. It will make you feel better mentally. As for the other, chalk it up to TOM and muscle building, and try really, really, really hard to let it go. Drink tons of water to help flush out all the extra TOM water weight, and let it go. Be extra, extra good about your salt intake, too. Maybe all the stress you are feeling about it is causing some of the weight to hang on, too.

Thanks to you both for the hugs. They definitely help.

I ran on the TM...... 27 degrees is just too cold to be outside! I did 40 minutes of walk/ run (almost sprint) intervals, 20 minutes of brisk walking progressing to cool down, and then 15 minutes of upper body and core work. I do feel more "in control" and less sick about yesterday.

I am going to spend another week trying to eat a bit more.. I probably used almost all of my Flex points last night at the movies, but I will throw in some activities points this week and see if that helps. I will try to reduce/eliminate some of the last few remaining processed foods (like Sandwich Thins) that are in my usual diet to see if that helps.

I'm going to run and take the kids for much-needed hair cuts right now. BBL................P

Just talked to Redwalker and her beloved dog Xena passed away this morning. We always called her Xena, Warrior Puppy! She was one special. remarkable, lovable dog!

Please join me in sending out lots of hugs to her and her DH and DDs! Xena will be missed but always lovingly remembered!:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

God Bless you Xena!

mikamah I think the second movie is better then the first one, but thats my opinion lol. And I have to say I'm Team Edward, but I love the wolves too lol.
Oh and I lost 2 more lbs so if Its the same tomorrow that I've lost a total of 5 I get a prize XD

I got the most awesome message from my mom lol:
"Alice Cullen. told me to pass this on to you. She and the family are hanging around Forks and playing some baseball today. They will save you a spot on the team. Start practicing running bases."

Must stay on target :woohoo:

Redwalker - :grouphug: I am so sorry to hear about your Warrior Puppy. This is very sad news - please know that we are all thinking of you here. :grouphug:

pjilla - More hugs coming your way. I am glad to read that you are feeling a bit more in control. That is such an important feeling. I have had a bad couple of days as well...2 days of eating bad and absolutely no exercising on both the days. I was feeling so bad about things. I had to just take responsibility for those days and I have been doing well again. For me it is totally about the control.

Dona - I want to post here and say THANK YOU! I know that sometimes not a lot of people participate in the COW, but for me, it makes me do so much better. I even borrow from you and send challenges to my friend who is doing WW with me here. They are helping her too! So thanks for all the work you do inspiring me to stay on track! :)

Corinna - Looks like we might be seeing a bit more of you this spring. We registered for the Challenge Obesity in April (you will be there right?) and this morning I just registered for the Minneapolis Half Marathon on June 6th!

I am a bit freaked out that I actually registered for a 1/2 marathon for THIS June. When I started this whole process, I was fearful that I may not be ready to do the Princess 1/2 NEXT March. So many people are telling us that we can do it (DH runs with me) and I think we might be able to but WOW we are going to have to be diligent with our training. Today we did go out and run (only 5K). We also went and bought new running shoes! Very exciting!

Big HUGS to everyone who needs them right now! :grouphug:

Hi - your coach hasn't disappeared, I promise! Last night I worked late, DD got to bed late, and I went to bed right after. Today I've been spending my computer time researching new daycares. But now I'm here for your Saturday QOTD and to catch up with everyone.

Congrats on all the exciting milestones! It's wonderful that you're finding such success. What is the next mini goal you are working towards in your weight loss journey?

I am having an awesome day!

My weigh in this morning was FAN-freaking-Tastic. Down 3.7 pounds for the week. I've now lost a total of 35.3 pounds and I am in WONDERLAND! Oh, it feels so good!!!

I'm going out tonight for the first time in a long time. I'm seeing some friends that I haven't seen in years (since I was thin 6 years ago)... so, they are going to think I am so much heavier than I used to be, but I know I've lost 35 pounds. So crazy... but I am beyond excited. *giggle*... I was just thinking about the last time a majority of them saw me... I had red hair and bangs! Now I have black, long, straight, bangless hair! Oh, and I used to drink back then... I haven't done that in over 6 years. Thank goodness I am still completely obnoxious when I am sober!!! Whooo Hooo! It's going to be FUN!
I love your spirit!
And congrats on a big loss this week getting you to 35 lb and "one-derland" :thumbsup2

So sorry I've been so absent this week! I have to start by saying a huge

Congratulations Maria!!!!

Way to rock that loss!

The QOTD thread is all caught up - I thought I had done it earlier in the week, but apparently had some difficulties - technical or otherwise. :confused3

<snip>

I also, as princessbride knows (because she got roped in to my pre-race ritual earlier this month!), I always get a chocolate or twist ice cream the night before a big race. :thumbsup2
Yay soft serve! ;)
Thanks for keeping up with the QOTD Archive. I'm happy to see you over here - I was just thinking about missing you here last night. (Not like I don't see you on Ohana)
I won't add more peer pressure about the Princess 2011, but I will say that I'll be there.

Sorry about the gain - I know how that can mess with staying on plan mindset. Have you tried the angel food cake cookies? You use the mix and any diet soda.
Angel Food Cookies
1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1/2 C diet soda
1/4 tsp vanilla or almond extract (optional)
Mix & bake at 350 for 9 minutes

I'm down one pound for the week. I'm down exactly 30 and I'm so close to the original goal!
Congrats on 30 total pounds lost!

Welcome coach princessbride! Thanks for coaching this week. You name is so sweet- were you a princess bride in wdw 6/2/05? It's one of those names that has me curious.

You're right about my user name - I got married at WDW on 6-2-05. Also, Princess Bride is probably my fave movie of all time.
I never imagined myself running anything - even a 5k. But once I started the program last year, I wanted to keep going. I'm a run/walker myself, and that's what I did for the Princess Half this year.
I love the logo for team Incredibles!
You are so right about the treats - if you really want something - going for one or two servings of a splurge is a lot better than buying a box.

I would like to do the half, too, but I am definitely going to give it until at least 2012. I am running 2 1/2 miles now, but the half just seems....daunting. I'd like to get a couple of 5Ks, 8Ks, 10Ks under my belt first!
<snip>

Sounds like you've got a good plan in place for working up to longer races.
As for speed, you will get faster as you keep training, like Corinna said. I've also heard that speedwork is not recommended for beginning runners. My version of speedwork for a newer runner has been increasing my speed a little but no sprinting. If you are on a treadmill, you could eke up your speed by just a little on your shortest runs of the week. So instead of your 12-min mile (5.0 on the TM) - for your shortest runs, you could bump that to 5.2. I also sometimes do intervals of a few minutes of faster running, then back to slow jog or walk. You may be able to run at 5.5 or 6.0 for a minute or two, then slow down to recover for 1-2 min. This of course depends on your overall fitness level, speed, pain, etc. After typing all this, it comes to mind that increasing speed for a new runner is kind of unnecessary, because you will get faster just by continuing to train.
And I don't know if I'll every be conditioned enough to run daily. Some people do it, but I don't feel like my body would do well with the same repetitive stressors every day. Cross training is good and it can make your running even stronger. And having the fitness of a runner makes other exercise more fun too. I noticed I am so much better at the bike and elliptical now.

I'm so sorry pjlla. You don't need to apologize for ranting. And I am going to quote you. :goodvibes
I think when we get so close to goal sometimes our bodies just don't cooperate. You and I have been in the same boat the past few weeks. The week leading up to yesterday's weigh in, I couldn't control my eating. A combo of stress, complete lack of willpower and my TOM. And you know what? I lost weight! :confused3 Not much, but 0.8 pound. I'm not saying go on a crazy binge like me, just to illustrate that the scale can be crazy.
If you want to switch things up this week, maybe eat all your flex AND activity points.
Glad you were feeling better after your run at least!

QOTD Saturday: What's your favorite exercise to do with others? Is there an exercise you get the whole family involved in?

Just talked to Redwalker and her beloved dog Xena passed away this morning. We always called her Xena, Warrior Puppy! She was one special. remarkable, lovable dog!

Please join me in sending out lots of hugs to her and her DH and DDs! Xena will be missed but always lovingly remembered!:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

God Bless you Xena!

Poor Redwalker. :grouphug:

mikamah I think the second movie is better then the first one, but thats my opinion lol.

Woo hoo - awesome! I might have to give New Moon a viewing since you said that. So when are they filming the next movie? What's your goal date?

QOTD: Girls like to do the Wii Just Dance game and we have fun doing that together. DD2 likes to do the stretching at the end of the WATP workouts. They both did the BL Yoga for Weight Loss DVD with me. We hope to do that again this week. Last night they did Neighborhood Games and the Wii Sports Resort. I really hope to get back to working out tomorrow afternoon and during the week next week. I really wanted a drink when I got home. We ended up ordering subs/wraps with onion rings for supper. Just not up to cooking tonight! If I ever get a full night's sleep again things will be sooooo much better.

Gotta get up early tomorrow to get DD1 ready for her first communion which will involve trying to do something special with her hair! Have to be at church by 9:30. Next week is worse, as we have to be there by 8:30!

Jennz I'm not sure when they are to start filming, but I'm keeping my eyes on it ;) Haven't set a date for the goal yet, have to have an idea of how much I can lose. I'll update if anthing comes up :D And I hope you enjoy New Moon XD Gots some action too :D
