Biggest Loser 9 Spring challenge -- Part 2! HERE WE ARE! :)

Good morning all! I hope all you Momma's had a great Mother's day. My girls went all out and got me 2 new workout shirts, 2 books, earrings and a necklace and the movie Labyrinth. Do you guys remember that? With David Bowie? I remember being little watching it and thinking Bowie was hot in that movie, and I still do! I think I have a thing for guys in eye makeup! Captain Jack anyone?

Ha- there's a girl at work who confessed in me she had a crush on Jareth too lol. I saw that many times in the theater--that was when I was so very into him. It was weird for me though it wasn't really a crush, it was more complete adulation than anything.

 Thanks Lisa!

Okay I just watched Kirstie Alley's reality show...has anyone seen it ? (Ann??) It's okay, but it this was an interesting episode...she was trying to teach her kids and posse to take care of themselves so she had them wear 40 pound vests while they worked out and then a fat suit. I'm not sure if it was for a day or for the week. She had one girl pretend to take a bath and feel how hard it was, and you had to lift and readjusted body parts to clean yourself, one was trying on dresses and had to put them on over her head b/c the zipper didn't fit over her rear. By then end of the time one of her peeps said she just felt like crying, the fat suit was an emotional thing. Her daughter said she didn't like it at all. They all said they were going to make changes and eat healthier. Like I said...interesting. ;)
I saw that advertised but still have no idea what time or day that comes on--I've just been watching episodes on on demand.
Flipflopmom- get some sleep. Some days are just crap no matter how you look at it. Just remember that tomorrow is a new day with all new possibilities! Corny I know, but so true!

I hope you are all doing well. Have a good night!
You got that right. Seems like one week all is terrific and going well-- the next it is total bedlam...

QOTD: For better or worse our mother's have helped us become the people we are today. Today's question is in honor of our moms...share something about your mom, a story that you will tell your kids and grandkids about, a personality trait that she passed on to you, something about her that makes you smile...whatever you feel inspired to share!

Reading. She always read and encouraged me to. My mom was always one of the prettiest women around. Not in an overly made up or fashionable way--very naturally pretty with an amazing figure. I was always so proud of how pretty she was. She always looked young and acted young and my stepdad always acted older--good match I guess since he is younger. She always listened to current music, liked the Eagles, Elton John, Heart etc. I remember one day about 10-15 years ago I think we were driving around and Hotel California came on and we sang along knowing every word-- that was special.

Sorry I've been absent. Someone put a bb in my boy kitty Harvey Sat. morning. He's ok, was lucky but he's our baby and has had me occupied. We're pretty sure it was the 'ol lady next to us--she's kind of nasty and I'm not even going to think about her right now. What I want to do is put up some chicken wire along her side of the fence to act as a deterrent from the cats going into her yard. Mygosh-- if my cats are being a problem, please let me know... don't hurt 'em. I know it's just the age and the cats can be a nuisance--(trust me my cats have 1 litterbox or more for each of them and use them) I just personally could never hurt an animal. It is so beyond my grasp of thinking. It was also a $300+ vet bill between the xrays and meds.
When we got to the vet the vet looked at him and said he was in shock-- so was I for most of the day and eve...
Harveybaby-1-1.jpg

The plus side to this-- I have to tell you - I love this little turd to death but he is a total Daddy's boy. At the vet though however he was very much a Mommies boy and has been since he's been home...;)

Hope everyone had a great mothers day!

50sjayne - So sorry about your little boy! I can't believe someone shot him with a bb gun!:scared1:

jenA- Great picture. That is an awesome leap from your DD. My first thought was - Jen can wear her clothes? She rocks! ;) Your DS does light up the stage.

Everyone else - MORNING!

I am determined to MAKE today a better today. I'm pretty sure yesterday gave me wrinkles! DD2 had a restless night, she's tough, but I think it catches up with her when she tries to sleep.

I did lose the weekend weight yesterday, so that was 1 positive I could find. I am really tired of spending the first part of the week undoing what I did over the weekend, though.

Yesterday's QOTD: I would tell her that lifestyle changes are all about those little decisions. Spend 10 minutes doing crunches and push ups. Grab something healthier the next time you eat, no greater time constraint. And finally - You are worth the effort. Most of the time, Moms are at the bottom of their own totem poles. If you want to be there for your family in the long run, take care of yourself now.

Happy Tuesday everyone. It's supposed to be another cooler, rainy day. After spending most of last week in the 80s, 60s was chilly yesterday! Going to do my arms, thighs, and abs stuff in a bit, after I finish my coffee. :surfweb:

Didn't get up for my early morning workout as DD2 had me up at 4 when she wet her bed again! UGH! So, I reset the alarm for 6. I had trouble getting back to sleep until the last minute of course. UGH#2! I will do the 3 mile Pilates walk at 7:30 and then I'm going to mow the lawn and do some housecleaning later! Gotta get ready for DD1s party on Saturday. I still have a few more things to purchase and I have to get to the mall to get her special gift before Friday. May run down this morning after dropping DD2 off at preschool.

Time to make DD1s lunch and get DD2 some juice and get her clothes out.

It's only 32 degrees here this morning! YIKES!!!!!

QOTD: You know how you lose weight and get so excited, put on clothes that haven't fit in a while and feel great? And then gain back a few pounds, those clothes get tight and then then you lose weight and fit in them again but it doesn't feel so great anymore? Why is that? :confused3 (guess what point I'm at! :rotfl:)

Okay so that's not really the QOTD but just a thing that makes me go hmmmm.

We've all been on this journey for different amounts of time and had our successes and setbacks....what, for you, has been the best thing that's happened so far because of your weight loss?

I forgot to answer my own question! More coffee! :surfweb:

My two best moments...having the stamina to keep up with dh and dd...I was so excited the first time I could walk with them and not be out of breath or in pain!! My best mental moment...realizing that these changes are good things and that dd will have a better life for herself and healthier parents. :goodvibes

Greetings! I've been gone for about 10 days--and during those days I ate everything and anything that crossed my path--and lots of things crossed my path... But - I'm back and back on program more or less and trying to flush out my system with tons of water and just get through these first few days of still wanting to eat everything--I sooooo want chocolate and ice cream and chips right now... and I don't know if anyone else goes through this--but since I've had success when I try - right now I am playing mind games with myself about going ahead and eating the junk - that I know I can get rid of extra weight 'when' I decide to get back to healthy eating... agh! Luckily there is no good chocolate or ice cream or chips in the house - and the closest store is about 10 minutes away...so I'm chewing my gum--oh yeah - I'm having some fun...

I found this great info on sparkpeople--someone referred to it here in the past 10 days or so (the mind over body info)--I've been catching up on missed posts for 2 days now... anyway - it hit me and fits well with today's QOTD - so here it is:

This self-responsibility is the necessary foundation upon which all success is built. Unless you take the time to build this foundation for yourself, your chances of being successful at permanent weight loss are not good. This doesn’t mean, of course, that starting your sentences with an "I" statement is going to make all your conflicting demands go away. There may well be days when deciding not to follow your plan is the best choice you can make under the circumstances. And, as long as you know that it is you making these decisions—not the job, or the family, or the food—you won’t have to worry about falling off the wagon completely. You’ll know that it is just one decision, and that you can make a different one 10 minutes later if you want to. That can really help you take a lot of the stress out of difficult situations.

I love this! If we can keep that perspective we'll have a lot less stress!

Of course I watch that!! If it is reality, I'm probably watching! I thought it was pretty funny last night. I wonder where she got all the fat suits!

I was wondering that too!! They were all troopers for doing it, especially her kids...I wouldn't have done it.

Hi Everyone,

It's been a very busy last few days. We've been creating the seating chart for my sister's upcoming wedding. I knew it would be bad, but that's an understatement. All I can say is it's done! I've been trying not to lose weight, but I managed to gain 2 pounds. Hoping to lose a little, like 1-2, this week. If it happens, it happens. I just don't want to gain.

I finally wrote the toast I have to give last night. I was crying writing it. I just hope I hold it together when I give it. Better get practicing.

Well, I'm off for the night. Hoping to get in some exercise tomorrow, somehow. My work schedule might be different tomorrow, so things are kind of up in the air. No exercise tonight because my cell phone died (it got wet-like soaked-and no one can explain how) so I spent time trying to buy a new one and then had a trial of my hair for the wedding. It came out wonderfully! As for my cell phone, the very honest salesperson at the store suggested I put my SIM card into an old phone so that's what I'm doing until a new battery arrives. My dad figured out that only the battery is gone so he ordered me a new one for $10. Much better than the $190 the store wanted for a new cell phone.

My last few days certainly don't compare to some of yours, especially flipflopmom's. So glad to hear your DD is ok.

CC

Hooray your toast is done! :woohoo:

I got 6.25 miles in today. My upper back and shoulders are quite achy tonight though. Did 2 massages today, a 30 minute foot massage and a hot stone. Thinking about getting into bed and reading while watching the Bruins game. I just hope I'm not achy in the morning. I plan on getting up and doing 2 miles on the elliptical like I did this morning. I don't have anyone scheduled for tomorrow so I will probably stay at home and get some stuff done around here like mowing the lawn. It's good exercise and I can listen to my ipod while I do it. I got the Wicked soundtrack with my iTunes gift card. I love Kristin Chenoweth, Early Grey and Idina Menzel! I listened to a little bit of it today.

Didn't get to bring DD1's costume home as when I took it out of the bag it had a big whole in it. Dance teacher has to call the company tomorrow to make a new one for her ASAP! DD1 was disappointed but she'll deal with it.

Now, I'm going to get in bed and read for awhile. Starting a new series since I finished Kingdom Keepers yesterday.

Good night all!

What series are you reading now? Just curious. I read dd's Percy Jackson and really enjoyed it - dh had to read it after me!

You know those days you should have stayed in the bed? I had one today. NOTHING went right, after my run/IPOD troubles, the kids were AWFUL today, I had a major headache. Didn't even feel like eating. It got better, tried to get some prints from snapfish - they are having a sale of 120 prints for $10. Internet kept shutting down.

DD is okay, cried a little with her leg this afternoon, but she has been very active today. DD1 had girl drama today. DH had a horrible day at work. Must be something in the air. It's not a full moon, I checked.

I think I am going to give up on this day, and go to bed. Tomorrow has to be better. Hope everyone had a great day.

That does happen...hopefully got it all out of the way and today will be better! Pixie dust for you! pixiedust:

Hello

I had a busy day. IEP meeting for DS3, then laundry and errands. DS1 and DS2 both had lacrosse games tonight. DS1 won, DS2 lost. Both were good games. It is so cold here though. Sweatshirts under parkas wrapped in blankets cold. It is supposed to get down to 24 degrees tonight. When will summer get here?

24?? That's not right!!! Stay warm!

It's been a busy couple of days, so I'm just jumping on to answer the QOTD's and then post the reminder.

The longer I am a mom, the more I am turning into my mother. I catch myself using the phrases I remember her using when I was a kid. "keep your guy in your mouth or there won't be any for a week" "use a nice voice" and my personal favourite "yibbidee yibbidee gobblycook deedle goo". The last one was what she used to do if my sister and I were arguing in the car. We'd always stop to say "huh what???" and then look at each other because Mom was nuts. It works quite well if my girls start arguing in the van too.:goodvibes

I'd tell her to remember you are worth making time for yourself. And you want your kids to grow up and take care of themselves, so let them see you taking care of yourself. :goodvibes

Hope everybody is having a great week!

:lmao: That is funny!! You're turning into your mom and now you know why she said what she did...it works.:goodvibes

Reading. She always read and encouraged me to. My mom was always one of the prettiest women around. Not in an overly made up or fashionable way--very naturally pretty with an amazing figure. The plus side to this-- I have to tell you - I love this little turd to death but he is a total Daddy's boy. At the vet though however he was very much a Mommies boy and has been since he's been home...;)

Hope everyone had a great mothers day!

That's so nice about your mom. :goodvibes And HORRIBLE about your cat...who would do such an awful thing??!! I'm so glad he's going to be okay.

Everyone else - MORNING!

pixiedust: sending more to you to make it a good day!!! Stay warm!

Morning Everyone! Happy Tuesday! Thanks for all the compliments about my kids - I love them to death and am so proud of their dancing. It is not just the dance but getting up on that stage has made them confident kids.

I am trying to start my day off with a positive attitude because yesterday was not a great day...just the same old stress of school and cruddy weather did not help my mood. It is still just 40° here today but I am going to try to find a better attitude for today. :goodvibes

I do feel good that I got my run in yesterday. We did 2.8 miles - because it was raining and cold we did not do any more. Since it was a very short run, we ran it pretty fast. I also feel good that I ate well yesterday. I need to finishing logging it all but I know that I did not go over my daily points yesterday.

Today is suppose to a day off from running so I am going to attempt to do some cross training. I have avoided this for a long time but I have to start doing it again.

jennz: I totally hear you about the clothes. I have a couple of things that were tight, then they fit, then they got tight again, then the fit again...it does change the way I feel about them at times.

flipflopmom: How is your DD doing? Great job on getting rid of the weekend weight so quickly! Hope today goes better for you as well!

When I look at pictures of my DD...I too am amazed that it is her clothes that I am wearing! :cool1:

50sjayne: I am so sad for your kitty! We are cat sort of people and I think your little boy is so cute! How horrible! You are right, there was no excuse to hurt your cat. I hope that he recovers quickly!

my3princes: If the warmer weather comes your way...send it my way! It is only going to be a high of 46° here today with rain and winds. I will hope for sun for both of us!

cclovesdis: Sounds like you have been very busy! Good luck with your toast and all the other wedding preparation stuff. I think it is great you are thinking about your workouts even with all of that going on. :thumbsup2

Alright, time to get this day going. Hope everyone has a great one!
Jen

pixiedust: for you Jen! and here's some extra for everyone who needs it and anyone who wants it! pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

Mon qotd- I would tell her not to give up and encourage her with praise on her success, and say look at me, I let it all go, and now I'm up almost 30 pounds. You deserve to take the time for yourself and take care of yourself. We both do. Let's commit to doing it together, one day at a time.

Tues qotd- part one, I know just what you mean about he clothes. I pulled out my summer clothes, and put them in my drawers, and went to wear a pair of capris and they didn't fit. They were from the beginning of summer, and by the end of summer, I was up 15 pounds. But when I looked at them in the basement, I knew I had worn them last summer, but only in the beginning I guess.:rotfl:

tues qotd part 2- the best thing about my weight loss journey has been meeting all of you here. I feel like i have made some true friends, and the support and inspiration I have received has been so helpful. And all journey's have their ups and downs, and I'm hoping as we move into summer, my journey will include some more down's on the scale.

Hugs to those who need it today.:hug::hug: 50sjane, your poor kitty. I can't imagine how people do that, and flipflopmom- Forget yesterday, and I hope today is a better day.

Have a great day.:)

50sjayne- I am so sorry someone would be so horrible to your baby! I have a baby boy (my only baby boy) and if someone did that to him, well, lets just say you would see me on the news! You will both me in my prayers!

I have been feeling really good this week. I love the diet plan and I think it has really helped focus me. Its so great to not have to plan any of my meals, all I have to do is heat them up and ta daaa done! I think I am going to do it for another 2 -3 weeks and then start cooking and freezing meals for myself. If I don't have something quick and easy, I will eat badly.

Have a great day all!!!

QOTD: The best 2 things have been comments from people on how I look and being able to fit into clothes I never thought I'd wear again! I feel so much better about everything in my life since making the commitment to get healthy!

The series I started last nigh is called Shadow of the Dragon. It's a Kane Miller book that I got through Usborne books. I have the first 2. I read the first chapter and was quite impressed.

I just picked up the book Wicked! Can't wait to read it! Also bought DH the Meatloaf album that came out today!

Having some lunch and then going out to mow the lawn!

Enjoy your day!

QOTD: We've introduced ourselves and know a lot about each other...but how did we find each other? How did you find the dis, and how long have you been on here?

I found the DIS after our first trip to Disney with ds then 4 -- we had fun, and I didn't even realize how much I missed by not knowing all the tips and tricks! Then I really wanted to do a blow-out, last trip, which would include land/sea package. I started looking around the Internet, found the DIS, and I've sort of been hooked from there. I started walking then running after finding the WISH team, and we keep going back to Disney for Marathon weekend. These days I spend more time in the Uni than Disney threads, and I've also become a podcast fan. I've been here since 2005, time just flies!

QOTD: For better or worse our mother's have helped us become the people we are today. :goodvibes Today's question is in honor of our moms...share something about your mom, a story that you will tell your kids and grandkids about, a personality trait that she passed on to you, something about her that makes you smile...whatever you feel inspired to share!

My mom was almost obsessed with fairness and equality. I think because she grew up the oldest of 12, and her parents did not subscribe to that theory to her detriment, she was determined that everyone be treated equally. My mom spent about 40 years of her life deeply involved in Girl Scouting, and in any situation, she was determined that every girl would be treated exactly the same. Sometimes this was really frustrating, but I admire her conviction.

QOTD: A simple quote her from a BL book...Put in the work - you're worth it. Wow, this is so true isn't it? Each one of us is worth it. Every day we make choices - to go for that walk or read a book...we know that walking/running is builds our muscles and helps get rid of stress, but somedays reading might be what we need, a rest physically and emotionally...the trick is to keep it in balance. And it is tricky...too much either way is not good! Based on this quote, here's the qotd:

A friend has been losing weight and does great, losed 15 pounds, then slips back into her old habits. She's talking to you about her issues and you want to let her know that she is worth making the changes for, and she needs to keep working at it. What do you tell her? She's very busy working, keeping her house running, taking the kids to events, and spending time with her husband (or maybe dating). Oh and she's on her way out the door and only has a minute so make it short and good! :goodvibes

I would tell her (because she's around my age) to remember that line from St. Elmo's Fire -- this is a case of "Only You Can Do What Must Be Done". You can't delegate this or wait for it to magically happen. You can do it, but you have to be the driving force. I will support you any way I can, now be a "Woman in Motion"!

:rotfl:) We've all been on this journey for different amounts of time and had our successes and setbacks....what, for you, has been the best thing that's happened so far because of your weight loss?

I think it really is a case of the first time being the most charming -- it may take three tries to get it to stick, but the first time you really feel like you've made a breakthrough! The best thing that has happened to me so far is I've finally accepted that I need to keep working at getting healthy, I can't just give up. It's not going to happen magically, but if I do keep working, even if it is slow, I do make progress! Understanding that is huge for me!

And I just have to say to 50sjayne -- I am appalled and horrified that anyone would ever think it's ok to injure a domestic animal, particularly a sweet little cat! I am so sorry this happened to your baby.

Ok, I wouldn't say I'm exactly finishing strong, but I'm going to do my best. So much going on at home and work, and it's just hard to focus. On the bright side, I cut out chips and those yummy little hostess cupcakes, so by definition I'm eating better. Now when I reach for a snack it is always fruit or a vegetable. I'm already looking forward to the cantaloupe I'm going to have when I get home from work today, to tide me over until my Subway dinner with carrots and a kiwi.

Maria :upsidedow

Just checking in for a minute to say hi.:wave2:

My DS (who is 18) is visiting for the week. He got here Saturday and goes back on Thursday. It's been great having here, a little emotional, but great. He has an apartment for the summer in the city where he goes to college where he's working on a campaign. We're really excited for him, but I forget sometimes how much I miss him. I'm up 2.2 for the week, but still hoping to get it down to break even by Friday. I went to the Y today and DS and I are going shopping this afternoon. He needs another suit to wear to campaign events.

I am going to try not to overshare here, but I purposely have avoided the Mother's Day question. Let me start by saying my Mom did give me a love of reading which I am grateful for. Having said that, I don't like my Mom. She has done some really awful things, and she has sat back and watched some really awful things happen. I like to say she puts some "fun" in dysfunctional. I've tried through the years to get to the point where I could have a relationship with her, but after lots of therapy and soul searching have decided that it's just not the best thing for me.

So on mother's day I like to try to remember all the other people in my life who have filled that role for me in lots of different ways. And I want to thank you all for letting me share when I need to.:goodvibes

Taryn--so glad your daughter is ok!

Corinna--are things going ok with the school?

QoftheDay (today)--finding this thread and joining the Y have been the two best things about my weight loss journey. I know I've done the work, but sharing has given me the confidence to try things I haven't tried before. Today I took a new class (cardio strength). I would never have done that in January.

Have a great day! I'll try to check in again, but might not make it back until after DS leaves on Thursday.

Sorry I've been absent. Someone put a bb in my boy kitty Harvey Sat. morning. He's ok, was lucky but he's our baby and has had me occupied.

The plus side to this-- I have to tell you - I love this little turd to death but he is a total Daddy's boy. At the vet though however he was very much a Mommies boy and has been since he's been home...;)

Hope everyone had a great mothers day!

:hug:That is horrible. Who could do something so inhumane? I hope he heals quickly.

QOTD: The 2 biggest positives for me. I feel fabulous and with that comes keeping up with my kids, being more outgoing, having a social life...It's all good.

I also enjoy being able to shop anywhere and creating my own style. With that has come so many compliments the most important are those from my husband and children.

50sjayne- I am so sorry someone would be so horrible to your baby! I have a baby boy (my only baby boy) and if someone did that to him, well, lets just say you would see me on the news! You will both me in my prayers!

Will you share the plan you're using again? I know you mentioned you decided to buy it, but I don't remember what it was. :) I'm glad you're feeling so good!!

Wow oldest of 12!! My dad was in the middle of 13 and he couldn't care less about fairness, he's more about keeping it for himself...:lmao: actually I guess that is kind of from not seeing things shared equally isn't it?

"The first time being the most charming" cracked me up!! :) That's probably it though. :hippie:

I'll try to check in again, but might not make it back until after DS leaves on Thursday.

...and that is what your mother gave to you, being able to find love from other people.:hug: I'm sorry you're mom was who she was and I happy for you that you've realized this, moved on, and found unconditional love from others.

 Onward and downward my friend!

Okay not to sound strange here...but I'm sure you've got some muscles and firmness going on in your arms and legs from all your hopping around, how great is that??!! And aren't you glad you saved your old clothes? :goodvibes

QOTD: The 2 biggest positives for me. I feel fabulous and with that comes keeping up with my kids, being more outgoing, having a social life...It's all good.

I also enjoy being able to shop anywhere and creating my own style. With that has come so many compliments the most important are those from my husband and children.

Very fun about creating your own style! That is a gift that I do not have!

jennz- Oh yes, my arms, not to brag, look pretty great! Giving massages has helped with that too! I have several shirts that fit that never fit before. My shoulders are pretty great as well! I have gotten back in old clothes and my mom has given me some clothes when she had lost weight before. I will hopefully be able to help her when she comes this summer but she tends to be stubborn. I will do my best with that I'm given.

Going to do a workout once the kids are home. Only thing I've done so far is mow the lawn. On my second 30oz bottle of water. Need to get ready to go get DD2. Think I'll stop at the grocery store to pick up some more b'day party stuff. I still need to get a few more things.

Totally not bragging!! And if it was, we're the people to brag to.;) That's great! I have to laugh about your mom - yep you're right, do your best with what you're given. :rotfl:

Jen ~ I loved the pics of your kids! I took dance for 11 years and loved almost every minute of it.

CC

I have the no-phone blues too. On Sunday my 5 year old put my BRAND NEW phone in the microwave and turned the microwave on. He said he was mad because I was texting during the Blackhawks game. On my birthday he peed in a box containing 1000 Legos and on Mothers Day he put my phone in the microwave. I can hardly wait to see what he does to me on the 4th of July. ;)

I hope your daughters leg heals quickly. It has to be painful for her.

Ha- there's a girl at work who confessed in me she had a crush on Jareth too lol. I saw that many times in the theater--that was when I was so very into him. It was weird for me though it wasn't really a crush, it was more complete adulation than anything.

I saw that advertised but still have no idea what time or day that comes on--I've just been watching episodes on on demand.

You got that right. Seems like one week all is terrific and going well-- the next it is total bedlam...

Your poor beautiful kitty. :( I was shot with a BB when I was a kid. I have a pretty cool scar on the side of my nose from it. I hope your kitty feels better soon.

Good afternoon all! :goodvibes

I think I am going to have internet at home again tonight or tomorrow! :cool1:

I found this great info on sparkpeople--someone referred to it here in the past 10 days or so (the mind over body info)

I really enjoyed the mind-body challenge on sparkpeople, too. :goodvibes

I think I am going to give up on this day, and go to bed. Tomorrow has to be better. Hope everyone had a great day.

 Sorry for your tough day. Glad that today is better! :thumbsup2

Susan, that was a terrible thing that happened to Harvey. Bless his little kitty heart. And you too, because I know how much your love your kitties. I'm glad that he is okay.

The best thing that has happened to me so far because of my weight loss is getting to know all of you and feeling like I really can do anything. :goodvibes

Mon qotd- I would tell her not to give up and encourage her with praise on her success, and say look at me, I let it all go, and now I'm up almost 30 pounds. You deserve to take the time for yourself and take care of yourself. We both do. Let's commit to doing it together, one day at a time.

Rose, enjoy your visit with your DS!

Ann, sorry about your phone -- gotta love those little boys! :rotfl:

Have a great day!
