The COW has returned. It is time to get back on track for the 2nd half of this challenge. Are you where you want to be or have you slid back to old habits? Let's see if we can started again.

THis week's COW starts on tomorrow 11//09 and will run until midnight Thursday 11/12/09.
SInce most people feel that 4 is the limit to keep in mind for the COW this week I will start to take some away and add new ones.
YOu get 1 point for each day you follow the COW
Spend 10 minutes a day exercising (1 point for each day) (You can do more but only 10 minutes count)
Journal your food each day (1 point for each day)
Eat 2 veggies each day (1 point for each day you eat 2 veggies)
DO something for yourself or someone else.(1 point for each day you do something)
On Friday 11/13/09 send me
XX days exercising
XX days journaling
XX days of eating veggies
XX days of doing something for yourself or someone else
