Good morning everyone.
A big congratulations to our top ten losers this week!!! Including me for the first time in ages.

Gonna keep on moving down ward. Congrats Tammyalphabet on being number one!!!!
Thanks so much Shannon for all your hard work as weight keeper.
50jayne- loving your qotds this week. Haven't had much computer time but usually at the end of work I'll sneak on and read the thread. I love reading everyone's CDs and funny movies.
In my car cd player I have City of Angels soundtrack (my crying music)

; Tracy Bird- Big love, Jimmy Buffett Greatest hits, Country sings the best of Disney, (my happy music), Hannah Montana- my son's, and an alternative rock cd my son got for free in his Captain Underpants book. Not my style, but it's kind of funky and he likes it.
As far as embarrassing moments, I think seeing how I've looked in pictures is the worst, and maybe I've blocked some other memories out. I know when I was at my all time non-pregnant high, my scrub pants got so tight that I couldn't breath when I would squat down at the end of my shift to empty the foley bags, and that was the last straw when I got serious. That was just over 4 years ago, but I remember how bad I felt, but I would not go up to the next size in scrubs. My weight has been up and down, but I've stayed at least 10 pounds below that all time high, so that's progress. Scrubs are great for the convenience, but you can gain or lose 40 pounds before having to change sizes. Not good.
Oh Brother, Where art Thou is one of my favorite movies. It is hilarious. When I went to see it years ago at the theater, I only went because George Clooney was in it, but I loved it.

Kinda have a thing for him.
Big Daddy is another funny one, but I think I like that more because my son finds it hilarious.
Lisa- I hope your son is feeling better real soon, and that you and dh stay healthy. Flu season is worring me a bit, not so much that we will get really sick, but at work, they are really strict now, and if you have any flu like symptoms, you have to stay out for 5 days. I'm more worried I won't have enough paid time off for my vacation if I have to be out for the flu!

to all who have been feeling under the weather. There is so much going around already. Hope you are all feeling better soon.
Tigger813- I love hearing about your massages, and that hot stone massage sounds sooooo relaxing. I read that this morning, and my house is a big chilly because I won't put my heat on til November first, so a hot stone massage would be lovely. Congrats on being in the top ten 3 weeks in a row!! That is awesome. It's tough to keep on track consisitently, so you should be proud.
Cindylou- Good luck in the Marathon sunday. It would be great if you could meet Jay and Mark. My son and I are doing a 3 mile walk for Hospice of the North Shore sunday, so we'll be hoping for good weather for you too.
Have a great day everyone.
