thanks for the sig help raenstoirm(sp?) I tried to look at the link you posted regarding challenge but am getting "page cannot be displayed" anyone else have any luck?
I am going to have problems with this challenge since I have a bad ankle. I was diagnosed with tendinitis of the ankle (no I have never heard of it before) this past June. It is being caused by a bunion forming. I wake up in the morning in pain so I have no desire to exercise. By the time I come home in the evening I am back in pain and I spend at least a 1/2 hour icing the ankle. Since I am walking funny sometimes my knee on the other leg gives out,. Yes I am quite a site.
I feel that I need to do this so that I can have surgery on the bunion next summer and not get any heavier since I willnot have much mobility for a few weeks.
It should be fun getting to know you all. I will be telling you all tales of my trip last month to DW (It was a blast in between the icing I did every night)

I re posted it and I think ti works now. Not sure why it failed before.
Ever try swimming? It might be best for you since everything else hurts. Maybe ever water aerobics if you can find a place that teaches it.

Exercise for today: 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer!! Quite an accomplishment as I was feeling tired and didn't want to go. I felt much better and had more energy after the workout. Moral of the story: do it anyway!!
