Good morning everyone I will weigh in later. Just wanted to get the thread started.
Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.
Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.
Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.
Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!
Also think about Wendy (whgrn)m this morning as she goes in for surgery. SHe should be done home by this afternoon but please keep her in your thoughts.

So I was happy to see that I'm down 1/2 pound. I thought for sure it would be a gain. The one thing I did do well last week was keeping up my exercise. So slow and steady for me. I may not be the biggest loser any week but as long as I'm a steady loser I'm happy.
! Hope surgery goes well today. And congrats on the great weight loss!
Only .5 but a gain is still a gain. I have been busting my butt exercising so I know it is not that. I guess I have to track my food better.
Of course there was a different story on the other side. But I was not backing down. This kid had bullied my DS for a while. He said that he would deal with his son, and I will be observing the bus stop from my drive way from now on. I have to quick go out there now. So time will tell....
I have to admit that I am nervous about going out there in my size. Remember ladies I am at least 2x the size I should be (easy to do that math on that one). It will be up to DS in a way. He tests for 1st degree black belt (one step up from a black belt ~ he already has his black belt) and I can't do both. So it will depend on how much he wants me there. But believe it or not, I am thinking about that competition!

I don't know what I was thinking!
