Good morning everyone I will weigh in later. Just wanted to get the thread started.

Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.

Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.

Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.

Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!

Also think about Wendy (whgrn)m this morning as she goes in for surgery. SHe should be done home by this afternoon but please keep her in your thoughts.

morning -- quick fly-by -- i feel like i've been MIA...I spent last Thur-Fri-Sun scrapbooking at my neighbors. got a really good start on my oldest DD school album that i want to catch up on as she's a sophmore now!!

also been working quite a bit and that trend will continue --

but i'm happy to say I'm down another pound this week!!! whoop! whoop! :woohoo:

Good morning everyone!

Well I had a really bad week last week. Made some really bad food choices. No excuse for it just let work and other things get to me. :guilty: So I was happy to see that I'm down 1/2 pound. I thought for sure it would be a gain. The one thing I did do well last week was keeping up my exercise. So slow and steady for me. I may not be the biggest loser any week but as long as I'm a steady loser I'm happy.

Thoughts and prayers for Wendy today on her surgery.

OMG I cannot believe it!!!!

The scale fairy was kind to me today and I am DOWN 4.9 pounds!!!!!!

I hope this bodes well for a great day overall! Off to the hospital....

Only down .2 this week, but at least it's down.

Don't worry about it. Sometimes we have bad weeks and 1/2lb is good.

As for me, I am a maintainer this week.
Overall I had 2 weeks gain, 2 weeks maintain and 1 week loss.

I'm very happy to report this morning that I lost 3.8 lb. After gaining last week, I'm very happy with this. I am learning that I am absorbing salt and water like a sponge. I have to stay away from it.

Good morning all,

Congrats to al the losers. I am so confused i don't know where I am. I think I just stayed the same. I have to keep better track. I get on the scale every am, but I don't remember what I was last Tuesday.........ugh- old age and too much work.

have a great (Fat) Tuesday.....Lent begins tomorrow so maybe that will help me stay on track.
 
Well this un computer geek just found my sent folder. So I am down two lbs from last week.:)
 
Good Morning, Everyone!

Well I gained again this week :headache: Only .5 but a gain is still a gain. I have been busting my butt exercising so I know it is not that. I guess I have to track my food better.

Wendy - I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers today. Hope your surgery goes well and you have a speedy recovery :hug:

Congrats to all the losers. And hang in there to all the gainers and maintainers. This may have not been our week but the loss will be coming to us soon!

Congrats to everyone this week!

I've cheated, kinda. My loss this week was 4 pounds, but I recorded it as 3 because PMS should hit any second now and I don't want to see a gain next week. Yeah, psychological warfare at its finest. :)
 
good morning everyone!

Well, I knew this week wouldn't be good on the scale. I am up 2#:headache: Lot of stress eating that I have to learn to get in control.

Thanks for the prayers regarding DS and the bully. I did talk to the father last night. They had heard about the incident from their youngest DD. Interesting that he said she was the only 1 of his 3 children that he could trust to get the honest truth from.:sad2: Of course there was a different story on the other side. But I was not backing down. This kid had bullied my DS for a while. He said that he would deal with his son, and I will be observing the bus stop from my drive way from now on. I have to quick go out there now. So time will tell....

Also, last night at TaeKwonDo, I had a great class. I feel pretty good about it and I had a long talk with Master V. He said that my form is pretty good and he would like me to go to his competition! That was exciting, and I am actually thinking about it!:scared1: I have to admit that I am nervous about going out there in my size. Remember ladies I am at least 2x the size I should be (easy to do that math on that one). It will be up to DS in a way. He tests for 1st degree black belt (one step up from a black belt ~ he already has his black belt) and I can't do both. So it will depend on how much he wants me there. But believe it or not, I am thinking about that competition!:confused3

Well, I just finished observing the bus stop and it broke my heart. The group of kids were huddled together, and DS is off on his own clearly not part of the group. I really feel bad for him. Is it worse to be bullied, or ostracized and ignored?:confused3 They are essentially the same thing I guess. Well, I have offered to drive DS to school and he has always said no. I wonder if he will reconsider the offer now. I am proud of DS for going to the bus stop today and that shows he has a lot of courage!:thumbsup2

You should be so proud of your DS. It takes a brave little boy to do that. My DD is 4 and will start PreK this year and I'm really nervous for her. She just wants everyone to be her friend - almost to a fault. I hope it's just her age right now.

Great job to EVERYONE - loss, maintain, or gain. Everyone has the attitude they need to eventually win this thing. We will get there. I know my DH was disappointed that he only lost a pound the last two weeks....but as I pointed out to him - at the end of the year that's 52 pounds gone. Yes I want to lose more than that too by the end of the year - but I'll take it ;)

Well I am absolutely ecstatic with my weigh in this morning. I lost 1.5 pounds after a horrible weekend. So to date I am now down 15 pounds since the first of the year.

Well, I'm up 2 lbs this week. I did alot of stress-related eating last week. My grandmother passed away last Monday (she was 97) and that threw my schedule all out of whack. I know I ate too much of the wrong things, so I have no one to blame buy myself. I'm back in the saddle again this week and hopefully the weight will come back off quickly.

Here's to staying on tracking and keeping our goals in sight! :drinking1
 
Well - I had a rough week and ate out way too many times for my poor eating plan... As a result, I am up a little over 2 pounds.... On the plus side, I started my aqua aerobics class last night and am determined to lose the offensive 2 pounds and then some this week...

Congrats to all the gainers and stay the samers... I am sympathizing with the gainers this week....

I lost 3.7 this week. Thrilled.

I am up a 1 pound this morning. I am good with that - I know what is lurking for me in the next day or two so that is ok. I ate well this week and didn't exercise as much as I should have. Overall I know next week will be a good number for me!

I hope everyone has a great week and watches the show tonight for added motivation.
 
I had a very very bad week:sad2: I gained 4 lbs:sad2: Some of that I suspect is water weight since I made some really bad food choices yesterday. Potato chips and dip for lunch and Ham for dinner. :eek: I don't know what I was thinking!
 
Good morning all. I am down 1 this week. I was hoping for more, but I think yesterday was a pretty high sodium day so that can't help. The best part was that yesterday I noticed my pants fitting more losely than they had been. That was a good feeling. I've got to make some better choices though.

Wendy - Congrats on the loss and good luck today!!

Princess Vija - Such bravery from your DS! I hope that things ease up soon. Congrats on the competition invite. I hope that you get to do it.
