I can't beleive how much Jerry has lost. But really he looks really old for his 60's skinny or not. My dad is only like a year younger and looks so much younger.

Some great transformations tonight, but I felt bad for that one guy who only lost 43 pounds....doesn't seem like he learned much about the food.

But when he went home didn't they show him eating a hotdog and fries and he thought that was ok becaue at least it wasn't multiple hotdogs.
Aubrey seems to struggle making "me" time when she's home with her family. She puts her own needs last. On the one show she ended up skipping going to work out because her child needed homework help.

Still can't figure out why we are voting between these two girls....they are pretty well the same. Why choose one over the other.

Mike looked funny his shoulders and chest are wide and his waist is so small, he has an hour glass figure.....

Can't wait to see Tara.

I agree with everything you said. And the 2 girls. Why would we really vote for one over the other. I jsut chose the Ohio girl becuase I am from OH.

Not exactly. One pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat. Muscle is just much more dense, so 5 pounds of muscle takes up less space than 5 pounds of fat. But you are right, he probably has much less muscle mass than the other guys on the show.

What do they do about all the excess skin? Does it shrink over time or do they need plastic surgery?

They will need plastic surgery. With Jerry's age I doubt he would go through that, but younger ones probably. When I had Discovery health (back when I was a CP) there was a show about Plastic Surgery and a lot of procedures were getting rid of excess skin from weight loss.

Helen looks too thin...not healthy.

She starved herself knowing she has to be at very low weight to beat Tara and Mike. She'd look better with 10 more pounds on her.
