Hi everyone! I'm joining in as a LOSER! And, since I have spent the last six weeks doing a bang-up job of gaining, there is plenty to lose!

My name is Connie and I am the WIN coach. I'm running late getting ready for this challenge due to deadlines at work and a lovely flu that visited my entire family this past week.

So, please bear with me. I still have my spreadsheets from the Fall challenge but they aren't yet updated for the Spring challenge. I will do that this evening and, just as soon as it's ready, I will email that to those who have requested it.

I will be tracking the WIN separately for the Mickey and Donald teams and we'll see which team can whittle more inches each week.

Thanks, Rose. I tell ya, I can't believe how long it takes for a stress fracture to heal. It doesn't *hurt* anymore, but I can still feel tenderness in that spot all the time. I will be so glad when that's done.

And, I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been doing any kind of exercise since my half-marathon before Thanksgiving. I got really excited about bike riding (in theory), but I just never actually got on a bike. I really oughta do that!

Thanks again, Rose, for getting all of this running. I can only imagine the time that goes into running a challenge like this.

My husband and I are starting the New Year with a renewed commitment to getting healthy. We are big Disney Nuts and we have to DDs 3 and 1 who we want to have enough energy to keep up with :yay:

When we drink our water is it okay to have a Crystal Light packet in there? Or does that not count?

Yes, you can have Crystal Light but also try and have some plain water! Tea and coffee also count!
 
Happy New Year everyone!!!!! I hope everyone had a fun night! I ate Chinese food and came home and had 3 chicken fingers and am having a Kahlua Raspberry White Russian! Great way to start! NOT! I did my weigh in this morning.

Tomorrow I will be compiling the lists and DH is going to see if he can simplify the spreadsheets at all if necessary. I will be putting my printer to work.

Let me know if my inbox fills up! I will try and take care of all those PMs in the morning or early afternoon!

Not feeling that tired so I will probably stay up a but longer. It's only 1AM here!

My sister hurt her hip in the fall running--she never had an mri--long story--but I'm guessing she has a stress fracture, and she is still really uncomfortable. Hang in there--personally I'm not a big bike fan, I'll do it, but not a big fan.
