Big River Grille - Hazelnut Chicken Recipe?

Does anyone have or no where I can get the recipe from Big River Grille at BWV for their incredible Hazelnut Crusted Chicken? I have it every time we go and would LOVE to have the recipe. I've check allearsnet and they don't have it.
