Big red phone booth in DCA ?

Does anyone know the phone number for the big red phone booth in DCA by the backlot area? We got the number for the one in Epcot and had alot of fun with it.

The last couple of times I've been, it's been locked But that can easily change on a day to day basis. And I'd love to have the number!!! That would be super fun to play with
