Big News!

Very much 3rd trimester! Sadly my morning (all day!) sickness has returned :( 2nd trimester was at least kind to me lol
I technically have 6 weeks until my due date but she has been measuring a bit bigger so am set to have an ultrasound soon to see if she is just a big baby or the due date needs to be moved forward. Have everything ready and set...just need a baby now lol :goodvibes

Take care! I hope that (morning sickness aside) that you and the little one are blossoming the way you should.

Let us know how things go and keep in touch when you can.

Thanks :) Things have gone a little pear shaped and I have pre-eclampsia now :( Also may have to be induced early, staying positive though after all there are only 4 weeks until the actual due date.

Snickals, I had pre eclampsia with my daughter, I ended going full term, everything was fine.

Just sit back and relax and nap nap nap nap nap. Sleeping will never be quite the same again, EVER!!!!!

Until they are teenagers - and you can't wake them up!!!

And Battymum, I have just begun to experience that this year with DD13. It almost happened overnight. One weekend she was up as usual, with her sisters watching T.V.,by the time DH and I got up and the next weekend, she was still sound asleep in bed at the same time. I'm not sure how she is going to like the alarm clock going off on holiday so that we can get to the rope drops! :rotfl:

Can you believe 13 year olds?! EVERY morning..."ugh, I'm soooo tired". Well guess what - me too junior so MOVE IT!! ;)

Not only do we have the weekday whine - but this weekend we have his soccer final, so we will be out the door by 7.45am, and then the usual SCG cricket on Sunday which is out by 7.15am. Funny thing is that he will bounce out of bed for anything to do with sport.

We have early breakfasts planned in WDW - maybe I'll just wave a cricket bat around at the end of the bed.....yep, that's my best idea in ages! :cool1:

Hi Snickals - hang in there ! I had pre-eclampisa with DD16 worst blood pressure was during the night - go figure - started at 26 weeks OB scarred me when she referred me to an episode of ER for clarification of condition "amazing what private health can give you" :rotfl: But all ended ok went to term and she was fine....:thumbsup2

Good luck - not long now

Hey Snickals - take care. Rest up as much as possible. Still a good chafe you'll make full term.

Everyone else - you mean it gets WORSE. We struggle now some mornings, and she almost 9,

Thanks :)
Ended up being admitted to hospital at the start of the week because of high blood pressure and painful headaches, not fun! Drs have also decided it's best for baby to induce me early...so I will be getting induced this Monday! Am so excited to finally get to meet my little girl but am so scared and nervous about the actual labour part

Exciting!

Go the epidural, it's fantastic! :thumbsup2

Snickals - Best of luck and I hope you and the little girl have a safe and happy birth. Just remember....happy mother = happy baby. Look after yourself and keep well.

I'll be thinking of you on Monday and will be watching for when you jump back on with news of the happy arrival.

Princess is sooooooo right, happy mum = happy bub. Take lots of photos, take lots of help, take lots of time to stare at her, and take lots of naps! :cutie:

4 more sleeps - Good Luck Snickals ! I agree go the epi
Just remember even though it hurts, you are going to be holding your daughter soon...
All the best and I'll be thinking of you on Monday......:flower3:

Just a quick note - inducement doesn't always work quickly.... depending on how they do it. Go for drugs, I say....:thumbsup2

I  epidurals. I think that should be a t-shirt!

Best wishes, I'm sending positive thoughts your way. A little girl is a beautiful gift.

Oooh - something they don't tell you at birth class - if you wear socks, take spare ones in case your waters burst at the wrong time. Just trust me on that one :rolleyes1

Yes, all the best from me too! :flower3: I was never induced so it must be quite surreal to actually know when you will meet your little baby! Look forward to hearing the exciting news next week
