Big mistake...too late for Polynesian

Being on a budget I was waiting for the Annual Passholders discount for a stay at the Polynesian on Jan 10-11. I called today just to make sure there were still rooms for that time even though the annual Passholders discounts weren’t out yet and guess what no rooms at all. Does anyone know if they open more rooms up at different times? Should I keep calling every day? Any suggestions

That is the WDW marathon weekend. If it were me going, I'd book a room to be sure I had one, then watch for discounts.

You might get lucky around the 45-day cancellation date if people decide they can't make the trip. I don't know if they block rooms for the marathon - maybe someone can answer that for you.

With the economy the way it is and since your dates are right after the holidays I would bet that you will have a great chance at picking up someone's cancellation.

If those are the dates you want, I would advise you to book another resort, then continue to check back. We had a similiar issue, as I kept changing dates, but we finally got what we needed. I booked the resort for the dates it was available, then after almost 2 months of "checking" was able to add the last two day. I know how frustrating it can be but hang in there. I hope it all works out for you. Keep us posted.

We booked a last minute December trip with the "Free Dining" Our absolute favorite resort is the POLY Club Level......we really wanted this with the free dining......I have called just about everyday....and 2 days ago, we were able to book the last 4 nights at the POLY CL with Free Dining .......I will now work backwards hoping to get our entire stay at the POLY. Just keep calling......I have the new voice promps memerized.....my husband knows who I'm calling when he hears, "English......Florida....."
