Big Hot Wheels

Does anyone know where I can find a decent price Large Hot wheel. Actualy the name brand isn't important but my son is 8 and over 5 feet tall and over 100 pounds. A couple years ago you could find the large size hot wheels everywhere. Now I can't find them and my son wants one for christmas. Thanks for any help.
