I'm a big guy with most of my excess weight in the belly. My question is:
That Ive never been to Universal Orlando and heading there in two days. I can fit on all rides at Cedar Point except wicked twister. Top thrill dragster is very tight, Maverick 2inchs of belt left, all other rides extremely tight but can fit with help. Has anyone been to Cedar Point and Universal Orlando and can compare the rides? Are the rides tighter at Universal or Cedar Point? I have a 42'waist and weight is 280lbs and 6ft tall. Thanks for all responses!!

I have been to both, but i'm a short gal (little plump, but no problems). From what I noticed, I think Forbidden Journey may be a problem. You might be ok on the end seat. I believe there is a test seat somewhere you can test but I may be wrong about that.

I'm in a similar situation with all of the rides at Cedar Point. From my experience, the only major ride that you may have an issue with would be Forbidden Journey, mostly because of shoulders (which is also the issue for most on Wicked Twister). Not saying you won't be able to ride FJ, just saying that that one might be your issue. There is a test seat at the entrance.

My adult 'boys' weigh anywhere from 60 to 20 pds less than you and are an inch or 2 shorter. they had a rough time with many of the over-the-shoulder CP coasters this year. Did get moved on a few different rides there where they barely fit but some no dice. They carry their weight more in chest/shoulders along line of athletic build if you will.

Neither could get the 2 clicks for FJ though. there is absolutely no shame in being safe. Even a 'busty' woman can have issues with FJ. IMO it's a terrible design issue.

I'm guessing you should be fine. But, like other have said, it's all in how you carry your weight. I can't right TTD or MF, but I could right everything at Universal.
