Big Discount at Wolfgang Puck

Just read on dvcnews.com lunch tues thru sun lunch is 30% off and 50% on Mondays for DVC until futher notice. Ate there Wednesday night only got a 10% discount. Food is good. We are at the market place.

The discount is for West Side location so would not include the Express at Marketplace.

I loved the Express and had the yummiest rosemary roast chicken with mashed potatoes. Comfort food to the max! Too bad it is only for the restaurant but I'm sure we will go there and take advantage of the deal if it applies in February.

Does anyone know why they are doing this? Is it just a nice gesture? Pretty nice discount...

Here is the quote from dvc.com:

"Until further notice, DVC members may enjoy lunch at Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Express (Downtown Disney Westside Locations Only) while enjoying a discount of 30% Tuesday - Sunday and 50% on Mondays (excluding alcohol, tax, and gratuity)."

So there are 3 locations? Cafe and Express at Westside - which includes the discount and Express at Marketplace which is not eligible. Is that right?

Thanks! I was a little confused by it all - not sure if I should be ashamed to say it, but we barely ever go to DTD Might try out a Monday at Wolfgang Puck's in January now though!
