Big Brother shirt :)- non Disney

Hey! I have a friend who is expecting her first baby girl (YAY) and she is in need of big brother shirts! She would like something round with a pattern in the middle and "Big Brother" in the middle and the name all around them. She needs one that says Jacob, Josh, & Jared. That would be wonderful, thanks!

Just sent it to her...
She loves design, but instead of the gingham, could you do blue & white diagnal stripes to match the blue border. And could you put Big Brother on two lines?
