I went back and noticed it's right and then I thought "wow I'm a dummy - I thought it was misspelled!"

It's one of those words where it's so easy to flip around letters!

If I remember correctly, it was not "overthrow an eviction". Instead it allowed someone to cancel out an (one) eviction vote. Or maybe I misundertood.

no, you are probably right...I got that description from my DH...he doesn't always listen too well!
