sorry I'm so late chiming in. Had class till 9 last night then watched the show till 11:30. My jaw dropped when I saw that Michael and Jennifer were the two related houseguests. Just too weird..and how interesting is it that they're both so "different" from the rest of them. I agree that it was way "out there" to be the first show of the season. Hope Julie comes up with something better. How many times does she need to repeat DNA (Do Not Assume)?

I did when Jennifer said that she likes to be called Nicomas.
As for Lori taking the money....dumb dumb dumb move!!!!!!!
There's something about Marvin that rubs me the wrong way..can't tell what is though.
I cannot handle more than one Holly! Her laugh drives me bonkers and the voice isn't much better.

So far Will is my favorite...reminds me of Marcellus a little.

The shows going to be on Thursday night at 8pm, right?? Why aren't they having a Saturday show this week???

I have to pop over to Morty's site and see if he's posted any late night activities for the houseguests.

True enough....but this year does have a particularly attractive cast, making these two really stand out. Interestingly enough, I found myself liking both of them. Was that just me?

Lori needs to go this week - making them all eat pbj the first night they set foot in there - not a bright move at all.

DH will be thrilled to find out about Mike, because DH is also an OK native.

I guess I wasn't the only one who hated Holly right off the bat. I was "OMFG...I bet Jessica Simpson has more brains than this dimbulb."

I also wondered why Naconis didn't flip out with Mike asking her all those questions about her family and her father in particular. Maybe she suspects just as he does and is keeping quiet about it?

Glad to see they have somebody fairly 'alt' in the house this year with Naconis. LOVE love love the hair and the tattoos. Very cool.

Who is the gay guy? I know he outed himself to one of the ladies last night but I can't remember which one he is? All I remember is that he is fairly hot and I kept thinking.."Nah..a guy THAT hot can't be gay? Can he?"

But then again, I found Marcellus to be very attractive and he was extremely gay. So I guess it just goes to show that even really hot guys can be gay, right?

I can't BELIEVE she took the ten grand. I was screaming at the TV by that point. I was begging her (though it did NO good..heh heh heh )not to take the money and get herself in hot water with the other HGs. What a dope she was. Greedy greedy greedy. :/

They're actually talking about evicting the other Mike (the older one)...the guys were referring to him as "the don". Its a moderated board too, and I really like that posters are nice to each other, and to the houseguests.

About Michael (he's being nicknamed 'Cowboy' in the house) and Jennifer, Holly and Jase were talking about the 2 are bro/sis so apparently it got around to some of the HG...

Also, another interesting tidbit is they were sequestered June 23, and have been in the house for well over a week!!

Ok, im done reading and will now chime in with my thoughts....


I also thought why is this guy (cowboy mike) asking all these questions, and then I thought that it could be all about the editing, maybe she is asking him questions too and they aren't showing that?? You never know unless you have the live feeds.

Everytime they talk about the twins they show the blonde guy (I don't know the names yet but he was wearing that grey bandana on his head) so maybe he is the twin, would they be that obvious?? Also the Twin has to be watching 24/7 or they won't be up on what was said and going on in there.

I can't stand Holly!! and Yes I think it was her that brought up the last name...but it seemed that right after that someone went to Jennifer (nokonomommeemmee whatever name she goes by) and asked her.

I was also wondering if one of them were "invited" to be on the show or if they both tried out, maybe in Cowboy mikes interview he said he knows his dads last name is (insert name here since I don't remember) and they saw her last name was the same?? I think that is far fetched but who knows??

My thoughts on spoilers being posted...Im all for it, I need to know everything and read the update boards constantly....there is one called Jokers update (don't have the link here but will post it when I find it) and there are users signed on that are constantly giving updates.

Maybe we can add a poll asking if anyone would mind spoilers??

and I wonder if the twin will be able to watch what's going on...or if they are clueless as to what their twin is doing in the house.

Well, that puts all the questions cowboy asked his sister in a different light....if they were asked over a period of many days and not just one night, you can see how she might not get suspicious.

Spoliers are fine with me. BB is not like Survivor where the show has finished taping weeks before it airs...it is pretty much happening live...how could there be any real spoilers besides what people with the live feed have seen. And CBS is ruthless at cutting off the feeds if it looks like anythng is going to be given away.

And BTW, I had the live feeds for the last couple of weeks last year...and what is shown on TV, the edited version, is vastly different from what actually happens.

You know I told my mom at the end of the show last night that they sure were showing a lot of interesting clips...sure did look like more than a week's worth to me. Is this show even going to be live this year???

Upon thinking about this whole situation further...does anyone watch Joe Schmo??? It's a show on Spike TV that's like a reality show only everyone on it (except for two people) are actors and it's all a trick. So I started thinking...everyone this year is really above average in looks. People already seem to be really fake. This twist is WAY too far out there. What if BB5 is doing a Joe Schmo only this time the joke is on every single one of the viewers! What if none of these people are real? What if this "twist" isn't even real? I don't know, but something sure doesn't seem right about this season.
