Biergarten Timing

Our DS chose Biergarten for his birthday dinner. This will be our 1st time eating there. I made an ADR for 5:20. Should we be seated by the time the 5:55 show starts? If not, will they let our DS & his girlfriend go in to watch, while my DH & I wait to be seated? TIA

We love Biergarten- yum! That should be plenty of time. We've never waited more than 10 minutes but obviously unforseen circumstances can change wait times. You can always arrive early- can't hurt.

It's never taken me longer than five minutes to be seated at the Biergarten. You already have four people. At the worst, you will have to wait for four additional people to show up which is not going to take over a half hour. At the best, you will be led right in and seated at an already half full table. I wouldn't worry about seeing the show at all.

Thanks for the feedback. Our DS chose Biergarten, because he & his girlfriend both took German classes. We're looking forward to the cultural experience more than the food.
