We've eaten at the Biergarten many times and always enjoyed it. However, when we ate their we were always with other family members so we didn't have to share a table with strangers.

Is it true that some of the tables at Biergarten are for 6 instead of 8?
That would be great and we would gladly wait for a table of 6 if possible.

Thanks.

I didn't see any, but could be wrong. When we went with our family of 6, they still sat another couple with us. We didn't mind. It was fine. :)

I've never seen tables of 6. I know they have a few tables of 4, and mostly tables of 8, but anything is possible. You can ask, if you don't receive confirmation on this board.

We've never had a problem sharing the table, and we're not the type of family that usually goes out of its way to meet new people. Frankly, the seating isn't much closer than how the tables are jammed together at some of the other restaurants in WDW.

We're a party of 4 and are trying Biergarten for the first time this month.

I'm looking forward to it...who knows...maybe we'll get seated with other Dis-ers! If nothing else, we may have a good story to tell about our experience!

I want to also try the Biergarten this year, Just me and DW so we will be sitting with others, I've been to Le Cellier about 5 times and even though you are at different tables you are as close as if you were at the same table, in fact we were next to a tabe with 4 and were checking out each others meals and talking to each other as thought we were at the same table, a real nice bunch of poeple from Ohio.

we've eaten here several times and we've always been seated with other people. Some are friendly and chatty and some aren't. But it's all good the atmosphere in there makes it ok to not chat - it's loud!!

Have fun!!

Most of the tables are set up for 8. At least we've always been seated at tables that seat 8. There may be a few tables in the back corner that only have 6, but I know they try and fill up the front middle section first and expand from there. We've always been in the middle section, so I'm not completely sure. Either way, it's fun to sit with another group or couple. It's a friendly atmosphere much like in real Germany (so I've been told).

After I made an ADR for Biergarten, I was also anxious about sharing our table with another family. However, we ended up having a great conversation with the family and really enjoyed the seating arrangements. I think the atmosphere of the Biergarten with all of the audience participation really makes it easier to talk to complete strangers at your table.

We'll be there for supper on our first day at Disney this year. It will be our first time at the Biergarten and I'm looking forward to it. Our reservation is for 5pm and I'm wondering what the show is like and if it will even be on while were there. I'm not sure what the show schedule is.

I remember 6 but I could be off. I would eat here more if I did not have to share a table

Ja, we've lived in Germany, and that's how seating is at many gasthauses. So, it makes it that much more authentic to the real German restaurants. Besides, after a masskrug of St Pauli Girl, there should be no strangers any more... :drinking1
