if it were 2, maybe not.

It's never a bad to have an ADR if you know you want to eat somewhere. This goes for any party size in any WDW restaurant.

Absolutely. Their tables normally seat 8, so they would have to have a larger table or put your group at two side-by-side tables. I doubt they would be able to accommodate that on a walk in basis.

I'd recommend a reservation for just about anywhere for a party of 11 on any day. Even in the real world! lol! But definitely during Presidents Week which is a busy time.
