Biergarten late lunch

Last time we did Biergarten for dinner, but this time it will be more convenient if it is scheduled as a late lunch (It makes no difference to the cost as we will be on DxDDP).
I note that the restaurant is 'closed' from 3:10pm until 4pm. Whilst I know it is not closed, particularly as there is a show at 3:15pm, will there be any problem if we are still there after 4pm? With most Disney buffets it is reasonable to be there for at least an hour, but an added consideration for this restaurant is that if you take advantage of one of the beer options I would not want to feel rushed by the staff or guests with ADRs for dinner waiting.

It doesn't mean closed to the public, it means closed for reservations. And if the staff tries to rush you there is no reason why you have to allow it.

We did a late lunch seating and were there when it switched over to dinner. The only reason we knew it switched over was because there was a different dish brought out to replace a normal lunch one. No one ever said anything to us about having to leave, we were not rushed at all. It was a seamless as anything and if we were still hungry, we could have enjoyed the few different dinner options if we wanted. No worries, just go to the lunch, you'll be charged those prices and you can go over into dinner. Very simple.
