What time does the entertainment start at the Biergarten? Looking at lunch there over the Memorial Day weekend.

When making your dinner reservation the CM can tell you and seat you about 15 minutes before the start of the show.

You can also check out Steve Soares entertainment schedule. He updates it weekly. Here's this weeks times - they often don't vary too much.

We had dinner there a year and a half ago and it was very fun. On the crowded side but full of fun and energy. Last week we did lunch with a 12:45 ADR. It was not crowded at all, which was nice, but definitely nt nearly as fun. Perhaps if we'd done as the previous poster suggested and had a 1:00 ADR instead, it would have been more fun. With no crowd and getting in right away at 12:45, we were pretty much done eating by the time the music started and just ready to leave.
