Hi everyone! A couple of questions...I have a 5:05pm ADR for Biergarten but want to be sure to see the show there. I looked at Steve Soares website and he says the shows are at 4:45pm and 5:55pm. Are his times correct? Do the show times ever vary depending on the time of year? We will be there in early June.

Next, I am thinking about making an ADR at SciFi for lunch because my daughter has mentioned at times she would like to go there. How do they seat parties of three? From photos I've seen it looks like the "booths" in the front, middle, and back seats only seat two. I've see other photos that look like they have a regular table but set into a car.

Thanks for the help!

When we were at Sci-Fi in January, we had 3 in our party (DH, DS & myself). DS and I sat in the front seat, DH in the middle seat by himself, and two "hitch hikers" (a party of 2) sat in the rear seat of our car.

I went to sci-fi with my two small boys 9 & 5 and we all sat together. We were probably the size limit to be comfortable, without elbows bumping.
They do have some tables set into the car, but they are in the back.

The burgers & shakes there are terrific! Happy planning!

I can't help with the show times, sorry. However, at Sci-Fi........we also had a party of three. My DD and I sat in the front, my DH was in the middle.......we also had two "hitchhikers" just like the other poster! And, here is a second vote for the burgers and shakes. Other than that, we weren't too impressed with the food. By the way, if you are on the dining plan, the shakes are included as a drink, even for the child's menu.

Thanks for the info on SciFi everybody! Not too sure I would want to make dh sit by himself, and of course you never know, dd could say she wants to sit with Dad and then I'd be the odd man out!! Lol about the "hitchhikers"!! I really wasn't even planning on doing a table service at DHS until dd brought up how she would like to eat here. I'll give it some more thought. :)

Steve's times are accurate for the week. I don't think the times for the Beirgarten shows change that much so I think you should rely on them for now. Of course, realize anything could change between now and June. But if they don't change, you will probably be seated just as the band is ending its' 4:45 show and then will have to wait until 5:55 for the next one.

But don't worry about it. You won't be rushed out so you can enjoy your meal without the band and then wait with drinks for the show. You can also show up early for your seating time and maybe be seated to see most of the 4:45 show.

At sci-fi, even though you are in the second row, you can still talk to each other, you just aren't facing each other.
Last time we were there, my kids just watched the movies and chilled out. It was very nice to re-engerize, it's dark & cool in there.

Happy planning!

When we made our ADRs at Biergarten I asked the CM what time the shows were and booked accordingly.
We actually went at 3pm so we got lunch pricing, and there was a show from 3:15-3:45. It worked out great.

I was there with DH and DS, who was 5 at the time. We sat at a round table in the back. It was like being outiside at the drive-in and eating by the concession stand. LOL

Again, thank you everyone for your insight. I called today and rearranged some ADR's. I did not have any wait at all to speak to a cm, I was really pleasantly surprised! Anyway, I was able to switch my Biergarten dinner and my LeCellier lunch to better times. Before I had Biergarten on 6/6 at 5:05pm and LeCellier on 6/10 at 2:15pm. Now I have Biergarten on 6/10 at 5:40pm and LeCellier on 6/6 at 12:10pm. I really didn't like the 2:15pm lunch time before, it seemed like a very odd time to eat a big meal.

I wanted SciFi on 6/11 but could not get lunch or dinner at any time.

I also tried to get TeppanEdo on 6/13 but there is no availability.

There was no availablity for 'Ohana on the couple of nights I tried, so I booked Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge on 6/9 at 5:40pm. I have really wanted to visit the Wilderness Lodge and I think it will be nice to take the boat ride from Magic Kingdom over to WL.

To round out the ressies so far I have Yak & Yeti on 6/7 at noon and Crystal Palace on 6/14 at 1:00pm.

We will be at WDW for 10 days but I'm not planning on doing a TS every day. We are not on the meal plan.

Thanks everyone for your input!!:flower3:
