Biergarten closed in October???

Thanks for the update. Of course I go there and get this
This site is down for maintenance.

Please check back soon. We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Hopefully it will be back up before I go to bed. I won't be able to sleep until I try to book Biergarten again. :rotfl:

I am sitting here waiting for 6 am as today is my ADR Day

I hope the Biergarten booking is still working this morning when I get signed on

Woohoo! System is up and working this morning. Changed my ADR from Teppan Edo to Biergarten. Online reservations rock! I love not having to call and hold and explain to a person what I can do myself in 30 seconds.:woohoo:

I was able to book Biergarten online too this am for my arrival day, although I ended up having to call since the system would not let me book the 180+10 no matter that I entered my BC Ressie number, it would come up with an ERROR message when I tried to book anything past my arrival day.

So happy to hear everyone is getting the ADR's they wanted!

WOW 17 people sounds like a real party! Have a great time

OMG, 17 has now turned to 28!
The long story is my husband, brother in law, and BIL's future fiancee (it's happening on the trip!) were going on a 4 day Dream cruise. SIL is from Canada and wanted to spend more than 4 days in Florida is she was flying from the opposite side of the continent, so then we decided to do MNSSHP, a day at Epcot and a day Harry POtter Worls. The my husband realized we would be there over Food and Wine and wanted to stay even more days, to which I said anything over a week is just too long for me to be away from our youngest. So my husband in all his wisdom (insert sarcasm here) invited his parents and brother and sister still living at home to WDW and that way our kids can come too and they can go home with Grandma and Grandpa when we go one the cruise. So Now it's a week at WDW, 4 day cruise and NASA and IOA and dinner at V&A after the cruise
Then my MIL just went ahead and invited all the other siblings of my husband's who are married with their own families to come too (a very sweetly said that my husband and I were paying-umm, no). So that's where the 17 came from.
My MIL also invited her sister and her kids and grandkids, so now we are up to 28.
I'm trying to just roll with it and ignore the feeling like my vacation has been hijacked by my MIL. The way I'm telling myself to feel is that this first week wasn't origionally going to be happening anyway, so even with all these people, it's still gravy. We had planned on a 4 day trip, and now it's two weeks, and I get the to both take my children to WDW AND have a week's vacation without them.

I would love to vacation with a large family, unfortunately we'd have a hard time digging up 10-12.

Our biggest group was only 7 when my eldest son got married in Vegas, then we split up after 3 days with 4 of us heading to DL and the other 3 staying in Vegas.

We got in no problem during the first week of October.
I'm always a big shocked when the actual time I request is really available. I look at that little back and forth like a negotiation.

When it just pops up available, I'm a little stunned!;)

That was the case for me too. I just made a reservation for 6 at 7pm for 10/4/11 - no problems at all.
