Biergarten closed in October???

We were able to get a table on Oct. 2nd... we did call when our 180 day window opened... don't know if that makes a difference. Good luck, I hope you're able to pick up someone else's cancellation.

When I was checking yesterday Biergarten came up with no reservations available from Oct 1 thru 13. There are times for September 30th, so it must be a glich, perhaps Biergarten did not get loaded into the online system or something???
Also Via Napoli was only showing one tme for lunch 12:45 no matter what day I tried for

Hope they get it straightened out soon.

Got mine for Oct 4 on line at the 180 day mark. I'd guess it's just a messup and will be resolved in time.

I called and the cm got the same thing - no availability. They were going to speak to a mgr and let them know bc they thought it was strange.

Hmmm...I have an ADR at Biergarten on October 1 for 5 people. Booked it over two weeks ago but now I'm getting nervous that maybe it will be closed and we'll have to book another place. I really hope they don't wait until the last minute to let us know because we'd need to find another restaurant so we can make another ADR!

Yep, it is. Though I think the lay man who doesn't know too much about Germany/German heritage, would assume that it's in October (which makes complete sense given the name, lol!).

I'm so bummed for you guys that are having problems getting an ADR. I got on around 7:30 a.m. at my 180 day mark (April 12) and got an ADR for Biergarten on October 10 at 5:30 p.m. There were plenty of dinner time slots at the time I made my ADR. I would have been so upset if I couldn't get this ADR... DD loves loves loves German food & music. I know she's going to love this dinner the most!

I hope you're all able to get something worked out sooner or later.

I have an ADR for 7:15 on October 13th. I did it 6am 180 in advance, not sure if that makes a difference. Is there something different they do there in October other than the standard F&W festival?

I called twice and once they told me it must be a glitch and the next time I was told that there were no reports of any problems and it must be booked. Hopefully it is just a glitch and if enough people call and question it, it will be fixed! Fingers crossed - it is my family's favorite and the one place my dad wants to go to whenever we are there!

I am so hopeing when I go to make my ADRs on Friday Biergarten will be bookable. We are like your dad went there first time in 2009 and have done nothing but talk about going there again.

I also wonder if there is some system problem. I started making my reservations for my trip the week of Oct15th. When I tried to book a 4PM dinner reservation at EPCOT for the 18th, the system showed NO availability at any table service restaruants. Earliest available is 5:30 with some restaurants (Tutto Italia, which I wanted) showing no availability from 2PM - 6PM. Crazy. I thought I would have no problem booking at 180 days for a 4PM dinner reservation.

I just wanted to give a quick update. The Biergarten reservation system seems to be working again - I was able to get reservations for 10/14 and 10/15 for groups of 12 at dinner time.

Phew...good news. We have a reservation for Sat Oct 1 for 14 of us, and I was starting to worry that there was some kind of renovation coming or something. We were starting to think about rearranging so that we could do Germany earlier in our trip. Glad to know that we don't have to worry about it!!

Phew! Thank you sooo much for letting us know! I was going to have one seriously dissapointed hubby on my hands if we couldn't get in for the end of October! Germany is his all time favorite in EPCOT!
